Like others have said, it's quiet and peaceful here. The hotel rests against the Big Mountain, and from the dining room on the 4th floor, you have a nice view of beach. But the room itself is quite basic, and I'm not sure if it's worth the $40 price tag. I was really looking forward to the pool but it... More

What a wonderful find is the Valley Mountain Hotel in Vung Tau, Vietnam. Its a little off the main tourist frenzy, which for Vung Tau means you aren't right in the middle of noisy crowds, aging hippies and servicemen lounging at bars, or next door to a night club. What you do have is a relaxing 5 minute scooter ride... More

Went to Vung Tau a couple of times before. This time wanted to stay near the front beach. After some thorough research, selected Valley Mountain hotel. I must say, i am impressed. It was mostly as i expected. Very quiet. Service was good. Since i was staying in the weekdays, it was even quieter. The breakfast buffet was not available... More

Although it's a little bit far from the ferry station and city, it's just 10 minutes to enjoy one of the best hotel(I think so) in Vung Tau. The room is clean and comfortable, you could stay here without noise. The buffet breakfast is good and you can have the breakfast at the roof with the sea view morning. The... More

It's pretty hotel, location is a bit far from the sand beach but no matter for me just 10 minutes ride motobike. Hotel is clean, staffs are friendly and helpful, decorate of the hotel is not special but they care about details. If you want stay quiet is right choice.

We booked the studio with a mountain view and we couldn't have been more pleased with the room. A big balcony, lots of light, views of the greenery outside, plenty of space inside, a huge bathroom with a bathtub, great swimming pool and a very good night's sleep made this place the highlight of our stay. The restaurant upstairs is... More

I know it is only 10 months since my last stay but this time we stayed in the new wing. This area has a lift. I think the hotel has slipped a little since my last visit and this could be because I believe it is up for sale and so very little money is being spent on general maintenance.... More

My wife and I had spent 03 nights at Valley Mountain Hotel VMH this April and it was a very nice experienced. The hotel is located between the mountain and Tran Phu road (one of the longest coastal road in Vung Tau) the hotel is around 05 Km from the city center so it meets our expectation to stay at... The hotel is located out of center but the taxi service is very cheap and efficient, so you can comfortably stay in this quiet hotel. The staff is very friendly. We had some problems with the language but could always solve all the questions. The room was very clean with all necessary accessories. The pool is very nice.

Simple, nice, pleasant hotel with excellent staff hospitality. Lobby is spacious and impressive. Hotel is a little bit hard to find though as it is not located along the main road, and one has to spot the signboard. Complimentary (taro)yam ice cream upon check-in, with free wifi throughout the hotel and also 2 computers at the lobby, free for guest... More
