From the name of the hotel, one would guess that it is affiliated with the O & G industry......? You are correct. The hotel is built by PetroVietnam and caters mainly for corporate clientele. From my many visits to the hotel, I have not seen foreign tourist though the location is actually ideal and the price is quite reasonable. It... More

Petro Hotel is located 5-10 mins away from beach. The Rooms and service are really good. The rooms are spacious, clean. Choose for a room with a sea view that too on a higher floor to experience scenic beauty.

The room is big and clean. Lack of electrical socket. There is only 1 socket with adapter near the desk in the room. The necessary facilities are provided in the room. There are many kind of food in the breakfast including inter and Vietnamese breakfast.

We stayed here for four nights. It was service from arriving at the front door, bell boy there to greet and collect our suitcases, reception greeted us with a cool juice. We booked two deluxe seaview rooms (highly recommend), great view in the morning, does get a bit warm in the afternoon however the air-conditioning units in the room can... More

The room is quite big, spacious and clean. A lot of TV channels to select. Has a small work desk and you don't have to worry about the socket as there is an adaptor attached. Bathroom is clean, just that the bathtub is a little bit too high to climb over so you need to be cautious when it is... More

The bed was really uncomfortable, there were boards across the bed where my thighs were and that made for a very bad nights sleep. In addition, the air conditioning cut out in the middle of the night and I also woke up sweating like crazy. I couldn't get it to work again either. The internet was awful. The hotel is... More

Hotel was good enough for stay for 3 nights. I was greeted with a glass of refreshing orange juice on arrival. The check in was smooth. The rooms size was normal - not too big not too small and so was the bathroom. They had a big TV which was good. The room had amenities like iron board, mini bar,... More

Plenty of storage with hangers, a safe, mini bar,tea making facility, spacious bathroom with large tub and shower. On arrival you are greeted by the bellman with a glass of fruit juice... More

I always stay in the Petro Hotel, basement for cars and Motorbikes. Prompt check in and friendly staffs. Must book higher levels than you can see the Seaside and sunset. All the good Restaurants and Bars around this area. Even every Friday is Dog race in Vung Tau and the Arena is 3 min far.

Hotel was ok, nothing too fancy. Room was clean, and not too bad a price, including breakfast. Buffet had usual items. Coffee was cold though. Had lunch there too, sea bass was quite tasty although it was a but slow. To be expected as it was during siesta time (no such luck for me:()
