Everything is great about this hotel, no wonder they are the top 1 choice in Vu Tang, Vietnam. Went for a company trip, the rooms and statues reminds me of titanic and european dated centuries back. Service was great with friendly and helpful staffs. We received welcome drinks and got our bags collected while ushering us to check in to... More

We really enjoyed this hotel and would have loved to give it 5/5 but the restaurants let it down. The rooms were great and the beds very comfortable. Great lounge bar for a drink and breakfast was good (we loved sitting outside with a view of the garden pool). Had dinner in both restaurants and enjoyed the meals but didn't... More

Good service, helpful staff. We had interconnecting room with our 3 children. Rooms feel a bit crowded, but very comfortable beds. The pools were the highlight, both beach and garden were beautiful. We ate at both restaurants, they were good food but quite expensive. Breakfast was great, really good pho.

The Imperial Vung Tau is a very nice hotel with a beautiful Beach Club. It is not cheap but worth every penny. Very clean and stylish. We live in Vietnam and we will definitely come back. The hotel seems to be very busy on the weekends. So book early enough

I'm a hotel snob and usually when I travel, I seek out 4-5 star hotels. The Imperial is the only 5 star in Vung Tau--for now. I was hardly impressed with it. First, when entering the hotel, you're hit with a stench of cigarettes. It doesn't get any better in the hallways either. I thought the decor made the hotel... More

Best swimming pools in Vung Tau with lovely breakfast. During weekend, they offer delicious seafood bbq by swimming pool. When travelling with kids, swimming pools for kids are available and there is playground near swimming pool plus a playroom with indoor toys and a playtation

I've stayed at the Imperial Hotel in Vung Tau on business more than once and was always satisfied. The staff are friends, rooms are plush and quiet, and the property itself is a bit like a museum with quirky artwork all over. I think it's priced about right, maybe a bit expensive, but it's good. Directly bear the beach if... More

I am surprised when I skim though all of the bad reviews and answers from the management are "sorry" and "promise" to improve, and they got nothing more than that. I stayed with my family here on our member VIP card. We booked a room with 2 beds, they gave us a one bedroom. Of course when we couldnt accept... More

After a couple of weeks travelling, we booked this hotel to recharge our human batteries. It is a big hotel, with spacious rooms. The theme is Victorian, which they have used all over the place. It felt a bit like Disney. The beds are 1.80 or 1.90 m long, which is really too short for the average north European male.... More

The hotel carries the Victorian theme down to the smallest detail - so it was quite fun without being kitsch. Room was comfortable. Hotel provides free shuttle to and from hydrofoil point and hotel, which was a very nice touch. Cross the road to the beach and pool where towels and cocktails are available. Had to take a telcon business... More
