Business is closed! Anyway: Building is a bit run down, remote from centre, receptionist didn't speak English at all, a friend helped via phone, hotel is not open to foreign travelers any more. The friend however helped me finding a suitable place in town.

We stayed one night here and the rooms itself was adequate for the price paid. The service was excellent though and the owner went well out of his way to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. He looked after us very well, from serving us breakfast personally to organising a driver for the day, lending us bicycles and arranging transport... More

Everything about our stay was amazing! The staff was so nice and caring. They truely want you to enjoy your stay and have a good time. We were picked up from the city hassle free and were treated to free lemonaid and bottled water at check in. The following day the owner personally took us on a tour of the... More

It was the best hotel, I have stayed in Viet Nam. Dzung is a excellent staff who helped us everything that we need. He also was the best motor driver. He took us to some famous place in Ninh Binh by his motor. Special thing he only took us on the countryside way. It was very quiet. Thanks all of... More

We were really late arriving, but Dzung was excellent and waited up for us to welcome us and show us where we could eat. Our room was very clean and the beds very comfortable. There was hot water for us all the time, and everything worked really well! When we woke in the morning, it was raining but the view... More

We stayed here for 2 nights to explore the dry Ha Long Bay! Mr Dung speaks perfectly english and he has been very helpful and kind. He even accompanied us on a motobike trip to the attractions not far away. We never had the feeling of getting ripped of, indeed quite the opposite, Mr Dung was not pushy at all,... More

Cheap hotel. A little far away from the town center, but very easy walking distance, 10 - 15min. The manager Dung was a super friendly guy and went out of his way to make sure everything was ok for us. While we were there we hire a few scooters to explore the national park and surrounding area's, they got us... More
