Strangest place we have ever experienced!! We were booked into this hotel as part of a tour and I didn't know anything about it until we arrived. On first arrival it was a reasonable looking place and we were given a part of a new house with kitchen and bedroom. Good wifi. Air conditioning in the bedroon and we had... More

it's my wrong decision. everything here very terrible. no hot water, no available services. in night, all lights turn off, i want to go out but the dark cover. This so called luxury hotel, resort and spa will happily sell a villa with no hot water, no locking doors, no heating when it was 4 degrees outside, no receptionist on... More

This so called luxury hotel, resort and spa will happily sell a villa with no hot water, no locking doors, no heating when it was 4 degrees outside, no receptionist on duty for over an hour, no reply to telephones for over an hour, no swimming pool, mineral pool, jacuzzi, or mud bath as advertised and no ability to mend... We stopped here for one night during a trip thru the country in March. We were the only people in the whole resort. For dinner there were 2 of us in the huge restaurant, however the waitress was very accommodating and we chose both western and Vietnamese food. We had a herbal bath in the main building in the wooden... More

I could not fault the villa but the check in service was the worst I have ever had. We arrived after 2pm and a large group had arrived too. We were a couple so we could have been checked in easily but we had to wait until the bus load were checked in and then they were taken by buggy... More

Next to Cucphuong forest. Large room in nature. There is big bathtub made of wood inside bedroom which is fun for kids. The view very nice, and convenient for discovering Cucphuong. Would not stay for the night since there would be nothing except the forest.

Beautiful new resort very close to the Cuc Phoung national park. While it needs a little work on the quality of Western food, the place is gorgeous and the staff tries very hard to please.

I was unexpectedly booked into this hotel due to an overbooking situation of the hotel I was originally booked in. CucPhuong Resort & Spa is a surprising jewel in the countryside. I assume the hotel opened very reasontly as everything was very new. In front of the entrance you will find a golf driving range and apparently they even have... More
