We only spent one night at this hotel but it was great. Lovely big room which was spotless and cost $22 for one night. The staff were very friendly and helpful and gave of plenty of information. We rented some bikes from the hotel to go to Tam Coc which was in total about a 14 mile bike ride there... More

Very good service and help full staff. We got a free upgrade on the room because they didn't have a double bed left. I would advice to take a room at the top floor so you can enjoy the nice view over the mountains from your balcony. Breakfast could be better but everything is available at the buffet. Staff was... I given a 5* rating because it meets all the criteria for this affordable hotel. Our guide in Ninh Binh, Toan recommended this hotel. It is in a very quiet area of the city, away from all the trucks on Highway 1 and the railway’s close proximity does not disturb your sleep. We had a deluxe room on the top... More

We spent a night in this hotel and were generally very pleased. The room was ok though it lacked charm. There was only 1 towel/pax (no small towels). The furniture was functional but not "pretty". But to spend the night, do you really need pretty ? The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and location is great (between train... More

Ninh Binh is about a 2 1/2 hour train trip from Hanoi, so to be able to literally walk down the road into your accommodation was great. Even the taxi driver at the train station who wanted to know where we were staying said "very close" and went in search of another customer. Rooms are large and clean with a... More

We stayed one night on our way to Hue. The room was OK, but the bathroom could be a bit cleaner. Good omlete at breakfast. Bicycles to hire very old. God kitchen next door (Trung Tuyet). We saw better places for the same price in Vietnam.

Chose this hotel as it was close to the station and it really was right next to it which was perfect. The hotel itself was relatively cheap, clean with big rooms, no problems, nice bathroom and staff were friendly but nothing particularly special. Breakfast wasn't great though, cheese sandwich was a funny experience. We rented a bike from the hotel... More

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night during last week of December. We chose the hotel due to its proximity to the railway station and its just right from that perspective in the price range. Room was large, clean and functional. No issues. Location-wise, its just a minute away from railway station, which is very useful. Few more hotels... More

What can I say, the hotel was sensational, by far the nicest rooms we stayed in in our 3 weeks in Vietnam. Though it may have been exaggerated by our miserable moods in the Vietnam rain on motorbikes, the room was spacious. 2 double beds, with a bath sunk in to the floor in the bathroom, the laundry service was... My wife booked the Queen Hotel for us, partly because it had an elevator and she was tired of climbing hotel stairs. We arrived by train after 10pm and were a little concerned about walking the short distance at night...but the 100 meters from the station to the hotel was well-lit and the desk clerk was in the street awaiting...
