“Poorly maintained & over priced”

Princess hotel was probably very nice when it first opened but after afew years in service its age is showing & and management does not maintain it well. The mattress was super Hard. It was still wrapped in the plastic which the mattress was delivered in making it more uncomfortable. Gave half bottles of Shampoo & Body Soap. When request... More
