We stayed here 2 nights. Not the easiest place to get to but that makes it all the more authentic. We took a taxi from HCMC airport to the bus station then a bus (125K pp) to Can Tho and a taxi from there to the homestay. Wonderful staff, 2 of which speak good English inc Tanja. Sensibly priced trips... More

We arrived after a long drive from Ho Chi Minh and were met with a cool drink. We did two of the tours sunset trip and the floating markets and both were great. Food was lovely lots of nice vege meals to choose from. I too was upset by the little pig kept in a tiny area who didn't have... More

Wonderful stay. Remote location but good for cycling. 3 good tours arranged here with 15% discount if you take all three - a tad on the expensive side for what they were even so. The market visit is unbelievably good. Plus Troang took us out for a 16km cycle round villages free of charge. Free fishing off side of walkway... More

This is not a home stay but bungalow/hotel accomodation run by a manager Tania who is very good and some local staff. It is rustic and is surrounded by water on all sides, the food is good and the bungalows basic but adequate. My stay was spoiled somewhat by a neglected little "pet " pig that they keep in a... The French Canadian and Vietnamese owners are currently living in the other homestay.Tanya is the current manager and does a good job. There is a recently completed road up to the Shack which some taxis refuse to go up( narrow and very difficult to back up if another car is coming in opp direction). We flew to Can Tho airport from Hanoi... Be ready to be secluded near a remote part of the river. Your guests are your companions, especially if your travelling solo. Hosts were nice but felt a bit awkward for some reason. Like the homestay staff werent totally happy to be there. They definitely werent a family as far as I could tell. Take the bike tour, as it... More

My husband and I spent 2 nights here and felt it was a perfect way to experience the Delta. My criteria was to be off the beaten track, be on the river, have easy access to the floating market and be able to bike ride around the farms. Granted, it is rustic, but this is what we wanted. We had... More

After a week in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh we we're ready for some R&R, this was the perfect place for it! Lovely, helpful staff with a good tour of the floating market and land market starting at 5.30am and costing $12 each. There is a reason this is voted the best home stay in the Mekong Delta.... I don't... More

Friend and I escaped the chaos of HCMC to end up in this secluded lovely place. Upon arrival, we were greeted with friendly smiles and a fruit juice, which we highly appreciated given that it was 2pm and abismally humid! We stayed in room 1, the one highest up. It has three beds and 2 hammocks. It was really great!... More

We stayed for three nights and enjoyed every minute . The trips are well worth doing and are very cheap. The cycle ride was amazing and we learnt so much about the real life of people who live on the Delta , Tanya is wonderful at explaining about the area and is so helpful , she is there to help...
