Arrived after a long day to be greeted by a complimentary neck and shoulder massage, heaven! Hotel built in the Colonial style with a large pool area which we headed for as soon as we checked in. Restaurant was good, dinner however was a bit average, but breakfast was fantastic. Right on the river,so we just walked through the lovely gardens to get... More

September 2014, we have just arrived at this hotel after a 3 hour drive from Chau Doc. The car that Victoria Chau Doc hotel provided was air conditioned and comfortable, with water and food provided, we enjoyed our journey to Can Tho. The hotel has a french colonial feel about it and is furnished to a high standard. The staff... More

On arrival my first impressions of the service was pretty average. There were no staff to assist with luggage and none of the three front reception staff were welcoming to check us in. However things changed once we were checked in and for our three night stay. The service in the restaurant is impeccable. The resort is nice, enjoyed our... More

On arrival at the hotel we were treated to neck and shoulder massages and juice, just what we needed after a long bus/boat trip! Rooms very comfortable and luxurious. Unfortunately it rained the entire time we were there (which was only one night/day) so we didn't use the swimming pool, which would have otherwise been very inviting. We took advantage... More

We were lucky enough to have a junior suite which was which was lovely. The separate sitting area was particularly welcome as i woke very early and was able to use my ipad contentedly without waking my husband. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated in colonial style with a river view. It is well worth the extra if possible.... More

This elegant colonial styled hotel was a welcome sight at the end of day ride. Staff welcomed us with a drink and a massage, up to rooms and they are huge very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was first class and I have no hesitation in recommending. The pool is deep but the water was just perfect. Hotel has a shuttle... More

A fabulous hotel. Elegant, colonial charm, welcoming staff, and welcome neck massage! Lovely room with pool and partial river views. Breakfast by the fountain was delicious- pastries sublime. We took the shuttle boat into town. A wonderful stay.

A somewhat late review!!! We had high expectations of this resort and in all honesty these were met or bettered. On arrival, complete with our back-packs, we received a warm friendly welcome, a cold welcoming drink and, most unexpectedly, a neck and shoulder massage while watching tapestry being made on a traditional loom and all this happened while we were... Stunning hotel, grand, old world colonial charm, clean, spacious rooms, large pool, excellent breakfast (I still dream about the croissants!!). We were greeted with drinks and massages when we arrived! They have a shuttle boat that takes you into town. It was wonderful and we managed to book Victoria hotels for the rest of our trip!
