We paid 350K dong for a room with double bed. Not cramped but not super spacious either. View from window was of a corrugated iron roof. Room and bathroom was clean, working AC and TV. Refrigerator (empty though). Only bad thing about the room was that the drain in the bathroom was malfunctioning so the bathroom had an unpleasant smell....
