I loved staying here. when I first walked in I was captured by the décor. authentic and original which even extended to the rooms. the water pressure was great and the water was a lovely temperature. very friendly staff. the hotel manager was especially helpful. we stayed as a large group and nothing was ever too much trouble for us.... The hotel is located in an very old and remodeled house, Each room is different, decorated with authentic local decor. The bath has warmed floor, very convenient in cold days. Breakfast is very good and the staff very friendly. Komil, the owner is very helpfully and with a lot of information of the city and willing to share it. Was... More

This little boutique hotel in the heart of the Old City is both comfortable and quaint. Terrific big rooms, lovely entrance and courtyard is accompanied by a beautifully decorate dining room where a very wide selection of local food is served at breakfast. The owner speaks good English and u can arrange anything with him.

One of the nicest places we stayed in Uzbekistan. Great location a few mins walk from Lyabi Hauz in the Jewish Quarter. Comfy beds, good hot water, weak wifi. We left early so didn't have breakfast. Still, recommended.

We stayed in this hotel 3 nights last week. It was rainy and the road to the hotel was muddy with scattered holes filled with water and mud. Add to that the very poor to non-existing street light and you get the picture The hotel itself is very basic. In my book, it's definitely not a Boutique Hotel (It's a... More

Like many other reviewers I was stunned by the atmosphere of the hotel, yet, it is very modern, clean, with all facilities in excellent condition. Breakfasts deserve a special mention: the variety of dishes allows you to try something new or have it in a "european" taste, in case you feel a little overwhelmed with the flavors of Uzbek food.... This hotel is perfect in many ways. Great location, beautiful rooms, good English speaking staff, generous breakfast, reasonable Internet and air conditioning. Only issue is beyond the hotel's control. Very low water pressure and hot water is not very hot.

On our centralasia tour we stayed two nights at komils guesthouse in Bukhara. Location is unbeatable in the middle of the old town. Friendly staff and clean. We chilled at the courtyard and enjoyed the lovely breakfast. Quiet and very clean. Komil himself helped us with a lot of things we needed in town. He even organized us a transfer... More
