I didn't think to write a review of this hotel as having stayed there myself I didn't think anyone else would be mad or desperate enough to stay there too. hotel Lugansk - Luhansk, is an old hotel, now starting to renovate the rooms, also downstairs they start to refresh it, only u never know how long it will take. The room we had was huge, unfreshed but that was our own choice, the price was 40€/room so we couldnt complain at all. If u want refreshed rooms u pay... more

Rooms were being renovated and looked very nice. Plumbing was not so good. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It was nice to have a cafeteria in the hotel where we could look at and pick out our food. more
