The Pid Templeton is called a "museum hotel." It is a Jewish hotel with its entrance in a courtyard facing the former synagogue. On the stair landings inside the hotel are photos and other items related to the Jewish heritage of the city. The hotel itself seems a bit dark, but it is clean. Smells of cigarette smoking waft through... More

We stayed here because of its location in the centre of Ivano-Frankivsk. As it turns out, Ivano-Frankivsk isn't somewhere worth visiting anyway. The hotel was incredibly small, not small in the boutique way, but small as in incredibly cramped. The room was tiny, barely enough room to open the suitcase in. As for the décor, it was awful. Everything painted... More

I've stayed 1 night at this hotel in the standard room. It was very very small...something like very small rooms in Paris which is not typically to Ukraine. The room had not windows and the only source of air was airconditioner. There was a bed, very modestly decorated, very small table, chair and something for thorax reading. The hotel is... More

This hotel was a great option in town. Centrally located near the square with much history the hotel is a great place to call home. The front desk staff put us in contact with a young professional who gave us a walking tour of the city. Priceless. Our room was small, European style, minibar, and windows that could open. Small... This small hotel is just around the corner from the main square of Ivano-Frankivsk. it's cosy, clean. neat, has all you need, and is a great base to see this under-the-radar city, which has lots to offer. highly recommended.

A small cozy and quiet hotel in the very center of a small Ukrainian city of Ivano-Frankivsk (former Stanislavov) is located door to door with the synagogue. The city went from having 55% of Jewish population in 1865 to almost none today. However, the Synagogue is functioning and if you ask a nice lady at the hotel's reception, she will... More

Spent a week in Ivano-Frankivsk at the Pid Templem Hotel. Small. Cozy. Great location. Comfortably sized rooms. Decent furnishings. I was not thrilled with the restaurant. Some street noise at night. I would stay there again.

I'm not Jewish but I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The location of the hotel is great. It is situated right next to the city centre, next to a main pedestrian street. At the reception they gave us the map of the city and advised where we can find places to eat. The staff is friendly and helpful. We... More

I am not Jewish, but everybody is welcomed there. The hotel is next to the synagogue, meals in the small restaurant (small hotel, small restaurant :)) are kosher. I didn't mind they had no elevator, it just 3 floors. Windows in our room were very small, no view, but that was ok. We arrived early in the morning but didn't... More

My fiancee and I stayed here after visiting two other very good hotels in Carpathian region, this hotel was lacking in many ways. Although the location is great and the rooms are clean the experience was uncomfortable and unfriendly from the get go. The staff treated us like they were doing us a favour. There is no elevator, no bell... More
