Outdated and dark hotel; when checking in you can see that there's not much human traffic at the hotel or around the hotel so i don't recommend anyone to go out at night. Room looks gloomy and have a stale smell , bed was soft and bathroom is poorly maintained. But it's only for a night so still okay.

I opted for this hotel, basically because of its location,a stone throw away from the bus station.I had to take the first van at 5am from the station to Sangka/Bauchet,an easy walk from the hotel. This hotel appears like a 5 star hotel in the past but now it looks a bit run down, not too bad.Anyway, the room is quite large, clean and... I stayed at this hotel over 2nd week of July for two nights. The price was very reasonable for what I received, a/c twin room, towels and 1 water. The pool was out of use due to some guest mishap. The rooms are dated and need a major make over... The power points are somewhat dodgy.... Suggest flat pin two... More

If mould in the bathroom and a tired outdated hotel is not for you then give it a miss BUT if you want, clean sheets, hot water, good buffet breakfast included in the room price ( and for 650 THB a bargain), staff who went out of their way to assist even if some had limited English and a short... As with everything, you get what you pay for. We were happy with the service and the room for what we paid. For people expecting a shiny, new hotel, this is not the place. It is a little old, but not falling apart. The elevator worked, but was very slow. When we booked in, we went to our room and... More

I stayed here for 3 nights the place has such potential the staff are friendly the place is dated needs work but is right near the train and shopping great location. I would rather use the stairs than the lift as it was mouldy smelling. I turned the air con off it was dreadful wasn't needed and you can open... More

Dreadful rooms at 2,000 baht during the elephant show but just not up to that kind of charge. Rusty bath tub. Air conditioning broken down so ended up with opening Window which was quite nice. Very old rooms with box tv and dingy bathrooms. Fantastic omelet at breakfast but buffet is not worth much. Great staff made up for it... More

If you come to this hotel expecting Bangkok or beach resort standard accommodation, you will be disappointed. If, however, you just need a clean place to stay for the night, then it is adequate. Walk in prices start at 350 baht, and strangely, the 350 rooms are better than the 450 ones. Read: cleaner. Definitely worth stumping up a few... More

I have stayed here numerous time on my trips to the big city and have enjoyed this hotel. It is a bit older but the staff are nice and the buffet breakfast is excellent (bacon, omelets to order, fresh milk). I had an experience there with a bed breaking while I slept and thought I was gonna get screwed. The... More

Me and my friend booked the hotel through thaihotelslinks.com....do not use that company, book directly at the hotel. we paid 10800BHT for 2 rooms (four people) and three nights including dinner and breakfast (for the elephant days where Surin is quite busy)...that was ok for the first two days but the third day no dinner was offered and the hotel...
