Our trip to Sukhothai was on a whim, but I'm glad that we decided to go. These chalets were located away from the hostels in town, and we're surrounded but wildlife and lots of beautiful flowers. We rented bicycles and were able to get to town to see the sites without difficultly. The homemade breakfast in the morning was a... More

Place is nice clean and quiet. The couple who own and run the property know what they are doing and care much about the surrounding environment. There is a small natural pond near by which is well kept for migrating birds From hunters.

This is a lovely little place away from all the noise. For the price, I think it is an excellent deal. The rooms were clean and taken care of, with AC. There is no TV, but I think that is a good thing. I prefer to read in the evening, anyway. There is free Wi-Fi that is broadcasted from the... More

Nice looking bungalows, quiet and comfortable, with your own little verandah to sit and relax. You can hire bicycles for 50 baht/day. The breakfast is great, and the staff were just extremely nice and helpful! If you take a short walk around the place, it is quite nice to see some local houses, fields and smaller ruins. In the morning,... More

If you're looking to stay near historical park, I highly recommend Miss Dew's property. It's obvious that she takes great pride in her garden, chalets, and guests' comfort. Each of the clean and comfortable chalets also has a little veranda where she serves your breakfast. (Thai, if that matters to you) I tried one of the "must visit" restaurants in... More

Happiness resort is easy access to a nearby restaurant with nice accomodation and animal friendly guesthouse. The owner Miss Dew was very helpful firstly when she picked us at the bus stop a few minutes away from her resort, the room looks very new and has 5 rooms with beautiful garden and small space veranda, also an animal friendly resort... My girlfriend and I spent two nights in the happiness resort in sukhothai (which means the dawn of happiness) and we were happy. This resort is the result of the passion and energy of it's founder Dew that it obvious from the quirky decoration in the garden and that she spend a lot of time sanding and varnishing the new...
