The owner was so lovely and cute, really friendly and doing everything she can. We stayed in one of the rooms with bathroom in the hallway, but it was great. Great surrounding, you feel like you are right in the rainforest. The bungalows looked great from the outside as well. They have an on-site restaurant serving food all day and... More

When we reserved a room by phone in the same morning we did not expect to get our very own bungalow with en suite bathroom. It was an amazing experience. Although it could have been a bit cleaner and the bathroom may have been a slightly bigger size, our overall experience was good. The complimentary bike are necessary to go... More

Very nice place to stay. Mix of rooms and bungalows. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Hammocks to relax in. Free wifi. Take off your shoes when you enter and enjoy the atmosphere. My bed had a mosquito net which was helpful; I was bitten by bugs many times while sitting outside. Bicycles are offered free to guests. Also... More

This is a real oasis and the staff are awesome. We stayed here for a couple of days before moving on which was nowhere near long enough. It is a reasonable distance from town but they do lend you bikes although regular maintenance of the bikes clearly isnt a priority! But they are fine for getting in and out of... More

Lovely hostel it is. Stayed in once of the bungalows, comfy bed, nice shower and nice air con. Nice little coffee shop at the top and equally nice restaurant. Friendly staff, especially the 2 kids.who work in the restaurant. Couldn't fault this place. And it doesn't have a pool as someone has uploaded a pic of one onto this page

Sila Resort may be located off the beaten path in Old Sukhothai, but it is a quaint little place with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. The bedrooms and bathrooms are extremely clean, a rarity in Thailand. The prices are very reasonable, and you are provided free bike rentals to travel into Old Sukhothai. I would definitely recommend this for travelers... More

I surelly recomend! It's clean, good food, people are very kind and solicitous, prices are fair and the staff is the one of the most funny and atencious persons I've ever met. I would like to thank him and all the resort team! Keep the good job! Best regards from Brazil!

The place itself is lovely, there is some really cute / characterful accommodation and the staff are helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the location leaves a lot to be desired. It's a 15/20 minute cycle into town and although free cycles are provided, by time you come back it's not a fun cycle in the dark by the river, accosted by... More

The resort was very clean which was a bit surprising to see even with the shared bathroom. The room was a little bit smaller than we expected and totally didn't see that the bathroom was shared but still very impressed on how they keep the place clean. The location wasn't brilliant but if you have your rental bike then it'll... More

What a brilliant little hotel!! Make sure you get a bungalow, its a traditional Thai bungalow but with A/C! the rooms are large and spacious. The hotel give you free peddle bike hire to head off into the town where you can leave the bike and head to the old city, which is brilliant. The food at the hotel is... More
