Very good location, Price, staff, Rooms, atmosphere, breakfast (try the Banana pancake!). You name it, they have it. Near the bridge in New Sukothai. Staff is very helpful. Not much noise at night, only on Saturday night because it's close to the live show and Dancing Near the bridge.

We stayed at TR for 3 nights in a bungalow. It was quiet, convenient and comfortable. The owners and staff were helpful and friendly. The AC worked REALLY well. The food at their restaurant was great, a little more expensive than other places around, but still super cheap. The banana pancakes were the best we had on our whole trip... More

For those visiting Sukhothai primarily for the ancient ruins, TR Guesthouse is not necessarily the closest but it makes up for that with its clean interiors, and kind owners. Due to a last minute change of plans we arrived extremely early in the morning, but the owner at TR let us check into our room early without charging us (we... More

This guesthouse is a mess. The single rooms don't lock properly (they've got a simple "push-button" lock, no second bolt). The shower and toilet are in the same small room without a barrier between, meaning that after showering, the toilet becomes useless. The sink-room, for a lack of a better word, contains a window which can't be closed (thankfully it... More

Stayed here three nights. It was a good and comfortable stay. Room was spacious and clean, restaurant was decent and location was close where to catch a ride to the heritage park. Ownership and staff were friendly and anything needed was done. If I was ever in Sukhothai again I'd stay here.

I stayed 2 nights in a bungalow in the back. When you arrived, it seems weird as you have to walk through the parking garage before you reach the back garden. But the bungalows there are perfect : outside porch area with thai cushion, modern sliding door, all teak inside. The bathroom was not as good as the room, which... More

This is a very clean guesthouse with friendly owner and staff. The bungalows are nice. There is a little sitting/dining area in the front. Try the fruit shakes, they are really good! There are some books and free WiFi. Location is convenient: night market just across the river, bank and 7/11 just around the corner, buses to old Sukhothai 5... More

Our stay was so so, not bad not great. The room was small, not very clean, the bathroom wasn't clean at all, the bed was cosy, the sink room was a bit gross, as the room didn't have any windows it was cave as we didn't like to have the smelly sink room door open. The staff on arrival were... More

Very nice accommodation in Sukhothai. The room was clean and comfortable, there was good wi-fi connectivity, and the staff were very friendly. On our first night, we arrived very late, so reception had already closed, but this wasn't a problem at all - someone opened the door for us and showed us to our room. The staff also lent us... More

We stayed in a twin room here for 3 nights and so pleased we did. The owners are lovely and are more than happy to help you. Good location, just a few minutes walk to the bus stop which takes you directly to the historical park. Also 7/11 right there as well. There are restaurants right next door for dinner/drinks....
