Good hotel with tiny rooms, but one don't expect roomy apartments at this small island. The food is decent, but breakfasts leave much to be desired. For a nice breakfast go to PeePee Bakery :)

We have just returned from our 2nd and 3rd stay at koh lipe's Bundhaya Resort. The first stay was pre booked and part of our island hopping adventure of southern thailand with our 4 young children, the 2nd stay was unplanned and was a last minute trip after our accommodation on phi phi island was cancelled and we were not...

We stayed here for 3 nights in Feb 2012, and had no trouble liking the place.
We neither experience rude staffs nor unfair treatment by locals managing the boat transfer. We werent charged a cent to use the long tail boat to get to the speed boat (back to Langkawi). Hotel staffs are also polite and courteous though, their English...

Don’t go to Koh Lipe if the ferry isn’t running…The ferry to and from Langkawi was fine and the long tail boat ride from the ferry to the island was included in the price. No problems…Koh Lipe is a tourist trap (not yet as bad as koh phi phi though), and we managed to enjoy our stay, but the end...

The resort is situated right on the Pattaya Beach, but the area where you can swim is very limited because of an unlimited amount of longtail boats. There are sun beds but no matresses so you are better off in the sand. If you ask the staff for help with the low quality umbrellas they answer that the hotel has...

Before I actually made it to Bundhaya I had to contact them to clear up a few issues by e-mail and I could tell right away that dealing with them would be difficult. Not only was the person in charge really bad at writing English but the tone was rude and absolutely un-accomodating.
The staff and managament at Bundhaya are...

managed to spend new years eve here as it was impossible to get anywhere on the island to stay.
having stayed at the sister hotel, the new Harmony Resort, this was a bit of a step down as I payed 2000 baht there and 2100 here and had no hot water and no TV. Room seemed pretty basic, like the...

They have any types of room for your holiday on a beach, be it deluxe or family room. The best thing is that it is situated along a few eateries and chill out bar and conveniently the immigresion centre is just next to the resort.
All of us were in a family type room, the washoom looks clean and towels...

This resort is located just right besides the Satun immigration office, where you get your passport chopped arriving Koh Lipe. We were amazed by the Pattaya beach where Bundhaya Resort is situated.
This convenient located resort only took us about 5 minutes walk to walking street for shopping and dining.
We were not happy with the quality of the bed...
