Hotel room is quite old. One i open the water valve in the bath room and the brown water is came out. I called the room service and they came and open the valve for ten minutes until the water clear. They said it is normal in the raining season.

I have stayed at this hotel twice in the last couple of months and have found it great. The "normal" rooms were a very good size and well appointed. It has everything you would expect in a quality hotel, excellent staff from the Door Men, to reception, to restaurant staff to, to room service, to maid service. The larger rooms... More

We have used the hotel several times before and have always liked it. The staff is nice and the rooms are absolutely ok with good beds, but a bit "old". This time we were not able to sleep without earplugs!! We are sorry, but this is probably the last time we used it due to the noise!

On train route from Ayutthaya, we stayed here one night before moving on to Sukhothai by bus the following morning. Helpful staff and a shuttle to the bus station. Comfortable clean room and a reasonable average breakfast. Uninspiring decor but walking distance to train station makes it a useful transit stop

This is fantastic value for money. You get a big room, view over the town, comfy bed and arm chair, excelent breakfast, what's not to like!? The restaurant also serves tasty food but at proper restaurant prices. Good location for exploring the town on foot.

we have stayed here before and the town and the hotel were both in better shape. Now there reception area and the rooms are still fine, but the add-ons- the spa area and the night-club have gone. There seem still to be many customers but a slow decline has occurred.

My wife and I booked two nights here while driving from Bangkok to Chaing Mai. We were so upset with the place that we checked out after one night and headed to Sukhothai. The hotel looked like it hasn't been updated since the 80's. the beds were horrible stiff. And the walls were paper thin. My wife And I didn't... More

We checked in as walk-ups and got a good rate on a standard room and ended up staying 5 nights. The standard rooms have king beds, nice linens and are very clean and a nice buffet breakfast is included. The staff are all very friendly and we were very surprized how well many of them spoke English. The management was... More

Great location! near everything - night plaza, restaurants, the temple in walking distance. Hotel has a lot of trees, clean and quiet with very good breakfast. Room with river view, clean, quite small but nice and cozy. Nice people, not speak fluent English but try their best to help. Free wifi is SUPERB! will back again

I stayed one night here. Was not impressed with this hotel at all. Reception staff of 3 only spoke a few words of English between them so I couldn't get any questions answered. The room safe was not working properly so a bellboy came up, fiddled with it for a minute or so and then just left it that way... More
