A clean and comfortable hotel with a great pool. The place is dated but very good value for the price. Have stayed there on numerous occasions and cannot fault the hotel. You have to remember you are staying in provincial Thailand and it is best to stick to Thai food and not expect western tourist town food.

An older but very nice hotel. Very good location almost in the middle of Phitsanulok. The rooms are big an clean, they are dated but still OK. Two very nice swimming pools. The breakfast is mainly asian food and a few international things ... could be better. The main plus point of this hotel is the fact that is very... More

Booked online. Pics and reviews were accurate. Very nice hotel.. Great pool. Rooms clean and well appointed. Large restaurant with bar. Quiet, live music in the evening. The buffet breakfast was average for western and very good for Thai. Appears to be setup more for conventions than travellers. Staff very helpfull. Very quiet location, just outside the town. Only drawback... More

Stayed on grouptour in a very, very hot front facing room. Cooling system not good enough to obtain a decent temperature even after working all night long. Clean and big rooms with dated bathroom, but everything workin. Nice pool. Limited buffet for dinner and breakfast. Waiters not overly friendly.

Overall a nice hotel, good layout and facilities - but it was like the hotel was 'cutting back' on service and style. We could see the potential. It just didn't quite work.... Staff on desk - not good... Not your usual friendly Thai style reception.... The Bar - weird! Same staff in bar and restaurant... But I was made to... More

Thank you for your comments and let us have some share of your views. After reading the reviews, my expectations were low, but the hotel turned out better than expected. The rooms were clean, the evening meal was good, but we (2 of us) were the only diners! Lots of choice (and more people) at breakfast. It's out of town.

We’d had a long bus ride & seen lots of sights before reaching Pitsanlok about 5pm. The hotel proved to be a pleasant surprise as the reports we’d read hadn’t been encouraging. The pool & fitness centre looked good but we didn’t have time to use either. Our room was fine but overlooked a field, had no safe or kettle... More

This hotel was a stopover on a tour of Thailand. It is very dark inside and needs a bit of an update but overall it's ok and does the job. Bedroom was clean and the pool wasn't too bad. The restaurant was very much average so I wouldn't expect the best food - more a buffet to fill a hole... More

Stayed one night on our way to Northern Thailand and this hotel is perfectly adequate for that. The room was clean but the decor needed updating. There were very long slightly confusing corridors to the rooms and difficult to find your way around - we tried to get out to the swimming pool and gave up in the end! The... More
