The resort is really beautiful and the staff is good. The bad point is that the restaurant is expensive and of poor quality. I don't recommend to eat there but if you want to eat outside you will need a taxi because the resort is far from everything.

Pros- nice rooms, good food, great massage center. In the city but feels away from city. Cons - not very great English speaking staff but it a big deal. Little expensive, swimming pool not maintained very neatly. Overall considering other press in Phitsanulok, this is the best pick.

This hotel is beautiful. Rooms are very nice with comfy beds. Breakfast is the best we ever had in Asia! Homemade whole grain (!) bread and a juice station. There were not so many guests which gave the hotel a remote feeling. Furthermore, in our experience, there was a lack of some personal attention. We felt more at home in... More

Full facility e.g, fitness.. Impressive service. Spacious and very peaceful.. Many fishes in the lotus pool.. Relaxing by feeding bread to fishes after breakfast.. Will certainly come back to visit next time!!

The resort grounds and the rooms are beautiful. A pity that only stayed overnight. After sightseeing, dinner and retire to leave early morning, not enough to explore and enjoy such a lovely, peaceful resort. Would make a beautiful honeymoon holiday spot.

This resort is very peaceful and very accommodating. The service is great and the staff is friendly. The food is very good and the masseuse is also top notch. The rooms are very high end and extremely clean. The pool is beautiful and the resort is easy to navigate. 10/10 - would stay again.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights just recently for a business trip. Beautiful room overlooking the lagoon with a balcony on the 2nd floor. Breakfast was lovely with fresh eggs cooked how you like by the chef. Staff were very pleasant and eager to be of service. We had dinner in the function room with a big... More

This small hotel is simply perfect. The pool and the lagoon make an amazingly quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Ideal place to stay after a long day of sightseeing. Staff is very friendly, although they don't speak a lot of english. We travelled with a Guide, so there were no problems with that for us.

We stayed for a week at the resort in the pool villa. The grounds of the resort are beautiful with a large pool and a lotus lake full with fish. The pool villa was nice with complete privacy, a nice bedroom and seats, a large bathroom and a large bath outside. In the private garden is a pavilion surrounded by... More

After enjoying the sophistication and nightlife of Bangkok and the awesome beauty and serenity of Koh Samui, Phitsanulok is a major buzz kill. The city of Phitsanulok is sort of the Fresno, California of Thailand. You're not really sure why it's there, the people are strange, and you're certain you want to leave soon. The heat in Phitsanulok oppresses you... More
