First off, this is not a guesthouse. It was a terrible spot to meet people and I should've stayed elsewhere for what I was looking for. A/C didn't work, mattress kept falling off the bed frame and the staff were quite unpleasant. Free breakfast was OK, location was central. If you want a social aspect to your travels, stay at... i always come here for late breakfast. Acctually, this province is my hometown, and i think this guesthouse always serve fastastic Thau fusion food with a reasonable price, but the service of the servers sometimes seem to be rude and they dont know much about how to do the food service.

Just for 1 or 2 nights, this is a fine hotel to stay. Service wasn't particulary friendly, but the rooms were clean. Don't expect any atmosphere though; the rooms are really basic with blind walls and absolutely no decoration or whatsoever. Location is good, really close to the train station and walking-distance from the tempels and night markets. This hotel... More

We read about this place in The Lonely Planet. And it is a good place to stay. It is just a few hundred meters walk from the train station. The rooms are clean. Free WiFi and free locker usage. Motorcycle rent can be arranged via reception. The price includes breakfast. Food in restaurant is good. Prices in restaurant are higher... More

The guesthouse is to the south of the city center and has a big parking lot. Some rooms have a window on the outside of the guesthouse, but most of the rooms dont have a window or only with view on the nearby innerwall. The rooms are clean but are also very simple. The matresses are very hard. On the... More

We arrived late in the evening so there was only one room available, a twin room with airco for 580 baht. That was a bit over our budget but we took it anyway. The staff speaks good English and is friendly. The room is big, very clean and well equipped with a tv, airco, fridge, bottled water and a private... More

Stayed for 1 night in a fan room. Reception is far from welcoming so don't expect a super attentive personnel. You go up the stairs to the 2nd, or 3rd floor. Room is clean with an old TV, fan, desk and chair. The toilet is in the middle of the bathroom (would like to meet the architect!) so not practical... More

I stayed here for two nights, turning up without a booking. I paid THB 400 a night for a single room with en-suite bathroom and air-conditioning. The room was a decent size, extremely clean, the white floor and white sheets gave it a slightly hospital-ish quality, so it wasn't exactly cosy, but the bed was comfortable and there was even... Located only a couple of minutes walk from the train station, this hotel remains convenient and spotless. It is a big hotel and lacks in character but don't let that put you off! It has nice clean quiet rooms for a 'steal'.

This is not a review of the hotel itself as I did not stay there. I was forced to leave as the two male members of staff on reception were so rude. I booked the room prior to arriving by phoning up their call centre and they confirmed a room at 200 baht, fan, single person. I questioned the price... More
