Is one of the closest b&b there is from the center of the village, the bungalows are standard and the price is excellent. The service was magnificent! So kind and welcoming. We decided to pay for one night but stayed for three. We didn't need television or air conditioning but they have rooms with tele'. Theres a ceiling fan in... More

The bungalow we had was a nice simple, clean and charming bamboo hut. It had no television or refrigerator, but the free WiFi was very strong. The bed was very comfortable and the shower recess thankfully is divided from the toilet facility. The location on the edge of the CBD is perfect and thankfully reasonably quiet considering how rowdy Pai... More

I stayed here one night. Wish I stayed longer. Excellent value. Beautiful grounds. Clean rooms. Superb location. Best place you could possible stay if you want to be right in the center of the cool little town. Wonderful staff. Look no further.

Accommodation is in small huts. Rustic, open air, mosquito netting supplied and the usual hard Thai bed. If you have noisy neighbors (we did) it is not fun. The "jungle" sounds are natural and soothing. The restaurant is very attractive. Lovely landscaping, friendly service, good food, live music with dinner.

A lovely place in the heart of Pai!! Takes only about 5 minutes' walk from the AYA service station. It's quite romantic here, especially when lights shine from the beautifully-decorated trees at night. Great breakfasts.. and the steak house is awesome as well. If you don't have very far to go, that would be the NO.1 choice!

We stayed here for five nights, it was a lovely room, spacious, clean and in a quiet location. We ate in the steak house restaurant that's part of the establiment which was quite nice, breakfast has a nice selection to choose from and they cook you eggs to order which is always nice. The staff are all quite pleasant especially... More

Charming seems to be a word that people use and it is true. It is in an ideal location for relaxing and taking in the ambiance of Pai Village. Don't expect the Ritz, but do expect to relax and enjoy your stay. We only stayed for 3 nights in November but in retrospect I would have liked to stay longer... More

This charming somewhat simple accommodation only a short walk from the bus station has charismatic charm of garden like traditional atmosphere that one would imagine Pai ,a remote village in northern Thailand would be like. And not a messy town full of small shops catering to tourists and crowded walking street.Service is good. The Terrace with the Koi pond is very relaxing... Stayed here three nights November 2013 for about $33/night. My husband (60) and I (55) traveled thru Southeast Asia for 9 weeks. We stayed in 16 guesthouses - most were between $25 to $45 per nights. I forced ranked them all: three 5 star, four 4 star, seven 3 star, one 2 star, and one 1 star. Romantic room, good... More
