got a villa for $60 US. it was riverfront with a inside AND outside hottub which filled directly from the natural hotsprings. Big room. Big wood deck overlooking the river with said outside hot tub. Yes there is a sulfuric odor from the water esp initially when u turn on the water. bfd.
Rustic? Somewhat, yes. Camping? NOT. Great experience...

Located just ten minutes from Pai, this seemed like a nice choice. The place looks beautiful, right next to the natural springs, with mineral pools within the resort, and the bungalos seem very authentically romentic.

My huband and I stumbled across Thapai Spa Camping and loved it. "Camping" is a very loose term here, as there are no tents, only bungalows. The best part is the hot springs. They have one large hot spring pool (with cold plunge) and a few other, more private pools around the grounds.
