We thought we had reserved the Breeze of Pai next door but they hadn't kept the room for us. We have walked past this hotel on numerous occasions and stayed this time. A great place drom the moment we checked in. Delightful bungalows around a central part where you relax in the open air. Friendly staff, well kept gardens, comfortable... More

We only stayed here in July 2013 because the other place we were staying couldn't offer a room for the full time we were in Pai and Sylvana Pai had the central location that we wanted. I recall the lady on reception was helpful and pleasant. The rooms are standard and nothing special so in my opinion the price is... More

We stayed one night at the Sylvana Pai, paid extra for a third bed. Upon arrival we were completely underwhelmed by the place, the hut was very small, with a third bed put in the middle, there was barely any room to walk. Tiny and old bathroom. Thankfully we only needed to put up with this for 1 night. It... More

The hotel is only 5 minutes walking from the main street of the town but it is not noisy. The host is very friendly and tries his best to accommodate all our requests. The jazz bar is just directly beside our hotel, therefore we got "free" jazz every night. The breakfast spread is very decent and delicious too.

This centrally located hotel just off the main 'walking street' and close to the river makes it an ideal place to stay whilst in Pai. The staff are most welcoming and the rooms, although modest in size, are comfortable enough for a short stay. Breakfast is buffet style presented in an open area in front of reception. There is a... We stayed in this hotel for one night and I have to say I'm glad I did. The little house or bungalow we had was great and it was very comfortable. The room itself was very clean and the shower was great. In the center of the hotel they have a little patio with a small pond full of koi... More

Very centrally located, great chilled out atmosphere. Loved lying down on the pillows in the 'zen garden' under a pergola, surrounded by a small, narrow moat filled with fish. Sound of running water occasionally pierced in the evenings by jazz music from the jazz bar next door - very nice. We had a twin room and paid for an extra... More

no breakfast, no restrauant. but the mini villa is very lovely, water pressure is good, and the hotel location is near the night market, and the business street. also must to recommend the courtyard, have a water feature and some golden carp inside. you can read, or check your email at there. will stay again.
