My stay at Baan Tawan was just what I was looking for. Quiet. Still within a 5 minute or less walk to the walking street, and centrally located to other sites if you have a scooter rented. Baan Tawan is very clean and beautiful. The free breakfast was just ok, although I did become a big fan of the pancake... More

We stayed one evening and chose this establishment for specific reasons: 1. Quiet location but near the main street. It is indeed a 5' walk from the buzz of the Walking Street. But not quiet as there was techno music playing very loudly until late at night from somewhere opposite. 2. We booked riverview bungalows but were given garden view... More

Great location literally 100m from the centre! Lovely, cute, thai hotel decorated really nice with a boutique style. Me and my boyfriend stayed here but it really is a place for everyone. The staff were also lovely and cleaned our room everyday; a daily breakfast was available and free coffee ;) I would definitely stay here again

Stayed here while visiting Pai with my boyfriend and it was just stunning and very worth the price. Breakfast is included hand delicious and the staff was amazing, they upgraded our room for free and let us do a late check out. I couldn't get over how beautiful the room was, so clean and in a perfect location right on... More

We stayed here for 2 nights for our honeymoon only a few days ago. We were very happy with the room maybe a little pricey for a guesthouse but worth it for location in pai. Breakfast was OK too. Only thing that let it down was the noise at night from the river bar and the bed was hard to... More

Stayed here for 3 nights in the riverside bungalow. Perfect little porch overlooking the river. Also, distance from the hustle and bustle of Pai town was perfect... Quiet when sleeping, and a quick 3 minute walk to the bars. Friendly staff, and adorable pooches to keep us company.

This guesthouse is close enough to walk to the Walking Street but far enough away not to have to hear the noise. It is located along the river and guests should specify and make sure they get one of the rooms with river view. We stayed in a cottage at the entrance and it was not so nice, a bit... More

Stayed in Room R.8. Good size and nice set up. A lot of electrical outlets. Refrigerator is available but nothing inside. The pillows are too hard. The closet is good size but a little old and requires maintenance. The staff are the highlight of the hotel. They are 110%. Free instant coffee and tea. The location is very good and... More

I booked the place for the river view and was very happy with my choice. I had a room on the first floor, with balcony shared with other rooms but large enough for each room to have it's own table and seats. The room was nicely decorated and clean. Very welcoming and helpful staff. The place was idealy located, a... More

This place is in a perfect location, within easy walking distance to all of the restaurant and bars, but not right in the center of things so it was pretty quiet at night. The rooms are extremely spacious, and though they are not fancy, they are charming. It felt like we were staying in a more traditional teak wood Thai... More
