Stayed one night here for a day trip across the border to Myanmar. Clean and friendly hotel. This is a budget option, but it suited us perfectly. Easy and interesting walk to the border. One long street contains the Mae Sae market, then across the border to visit Takilek. The hotel will sort out your border paperwork for you if... More

This hotel is not far from Thai and Burma border . Price was reasonable . Easy to go around and night market is just there . I really like the place . Staff are so friendly and helpful . Room is very clean and non smoking room . I was enjoying stay there . Highly recommend this place .

This hotel was in a great location to explore Mae Sai and the markets. The restaurant offered Thai and Western meals. 7/11 located across the road. We enjoyed street-side massages and dining at the street restaurants - pad Thai is amazing! The room was clean, though dimly lit. Bathroom needed some fixing and the water temperature changed constantly. I had... More

2 Star Hotel-Just know what you are getting into. Family of 4 stayed here as a part of a 2 day/1 night Golden Triangle tour out of Chiang Mai. We were told it is the nicest hotel in town. We had 2 adjoining rooms for 4 people. Pros: Proximity to Myanmar boarder (walking distance) Good A/C Restaurant food was good... More

We had expected the hotel to be nicer than it was. The lobby was pretty and the free breakfast was nice but the rooms were not stellar. The bathroom especially was disappointing - the shower would either give scalding hot water or freezing cold. Not exactly what you were looking for after a long day of touring. Good location close... Our first time at this hotel in Mae Sai Nothern Thailand its a nice hotel and very clean and just a short walk to the markets and the border crossing with Myanmar. @ 800Baht with breakfast I would go back my room was very good but the laundry service was a bit expensive you are better getting it cleaned at... This time on our visit to Mae sai we stay this hotel on the mainroad in the center and not far from the border, for us on walking distance. There are a lot of shops in the direct area of the hotel. We could park our car on the hotel parking wich is guarded and als have a place for... More

The hotel is located on the main street and just blocks from the border with Myanmar. As others have mentioned, it likely is the best of a less than stellar litter of hotels. The basics are certainly there and it was clean, but it badly needs a remodel effort. The A/C unit sounded like a jet engine. Staff are welcoming.... More

Our guide told us this about the hotel, and we think he was right. It is clean, rooms are spacious and it is not far from the border (interesting walk with market). Breakfast is mostly thai, with little variety for foreigners.
