4 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

We stayed 4 nights here and had a wonderfully relaxing time. We phoned up and got a sea view bungalow for 600 THB (booking online is much more expensive) and our friends had a bungalow "on the rocks" for 1500 THB. The sea view was very simple, just a wooden hut with a rock hard bed and bathroom with toilet... More

Just spent two nights at Sai Thong and wish we didn't have to leave. It is rustic at best and isolated and with plenty of visitors from the jungle but a small price to pay for such a magnificent location. We had one night in a bungalow on the rocks for 1500 baht - the view from the hammock was... More

When you pay a pittance for rough accommodation, you can look at it as an adventure. Sai Thong, I feel, are overpriced for what they offer. For our family of 4, we paid a high season, evidently discounted rate of 2800 bht per night for the 2 brm adjoining bungalows on the rocks overlooking the bay. It is a beautiful... More

I had a bungalow with beachview which was very awesome! The sea is amazing, it's super clear and clean. The family who runs the place is very friendly. The food is okay, if you want GOOD food I recommend Siam Cookies next to Saithong. The bungalows were simple but fine. I already read about the insects and other animals in... More

It was a perfect one-week stay in this resort. Bungalows up the hill are very simple: hard bed, small shelf, fan, mosquito net and basic bathroom with cold shower. But really that's enough as most of the time you'll spend on the beach. Most up-the-hill bungalows have nice view to the beach. So it's just marvelous to swing in the... More

Our family of four spent five glorious nights in two adjoining bungalows on the rocks overlooking stunning Sai Nuan 1 beach (Siam Cookies and Banana Bar are next door at Sai Nuan 2). This place is perfect for anyone looking to completely get away from it all. We could have stayed forever! The bungalows at Sai Thong are very basic,... More

Initially I booked 4 nights, but I stayed 9 because I was definately enjoying the piece and quiet of the scenery. The staff is super friendly and helped me with everything i asked for. The restaurant is the best of the ones that spot had to offer (the other two there were small portions and no smiles from the staff).The... More

This is not a five-star all inclusive. Don't bother if thats what you want. You will not be pampered here. We stayed at the beginning of March 2014. Rooms: Choices are On the Rocks, Beaches, on the Hill. We stayed on the beach, would highly recommend that or the rocks. Rooms are simple, double bed, mosquito net, fan. There is... More

me and my partner stayed at Sai Thong this November. We booked 500 baht basic bungalow a little further from the beach. it was basic - with bed (mattress a bit hard!), shelving and fan - all very basic but this is enough if you are not looking to stay indoors all the time. Bathroom was also very basic -... More

Stayed for 7 nights in a basic bungalow with fan, no hot water but electricity. The beach and snorkelling are outstanding and your right on them, towns a good 25 min walk but only need to go is to buy a good snorkel kit. Staff were very relaxed and friendly, restaurant is cheap but excellent. Bed was hard and wifi... More
