Vero warm welcome and an amazingly helpful staff, although they were try to sell the hotel services such as the taxi boat, more expensive than other boats which you could get just walking 2 minutes on the beach.very clean rooms with all the comforts; a real place of paradise, isolated with privacy available and silence in the night. The location... More

Positives: Great Location. About 5 minutes walk from the Pier and on the beach. Great location for the Restaurant. But thats probably it!!! We chose the Romantic Sea View Room 318 which was far more expensive than the average rooms and hoped for really a nice room. Firstly, the room is really small. Not worth the price to be paid... This hotel is basically set on the edge of the jungle by a small beach and bay in Ko Tao. Due to the setting and the 'wood hut' / bungalow accommodation you will see, hear and feel lots of local wildlife. Don't worry - a mosquito net to cover the bed is provided! The rooms are ok but quite small... More

Paradise? More like hell... The reception and manager are so rude that we were shocked they are in the business of serving peolle. No spot in Thailand has more mosquitos, bugs, flies and other animals - they dont spray or try to do anything about it, you cannot stay there even one second without being bitten, eatten etc. The bangalow... This is a really good mid budget resort. We stayed in a pool view bungalow which had everything we could need. We were slightly worried by some of the negative reviews posted on this site but we honestly could not find any faults. The resort is at the far end of the pier beach and just far enough away from... Perfect holiday for our extended families to gather from across the globe . Location is ideal , unlike many other Thai resorts access is easy , very few steps and a very short stroll to the beach. Standout is the snorkelling off the shore , hundreds of fish !!!! Rooms are traditional and comfortable . Staff are outstanding and so... More

We stayed in a beachfront villa (15) and it was super. Literally 20 steps to the beach and another 20 to the sea where there is some amazing snorkelling. The only downside is that you do hear the boats from 6am as it is near to the pier but we were up early to go scuba diving anyway so it... More

Sensi Paradise is in a great location at the end of the main bay of Koh Tao. It is a quiet and serene place with wooden bungalows set on the hillside in the trees. The bungalows are well equipped with decent bathrooms and all important air conditioning. There is a lovely veranda with a fan. The restaurant at Sensi is... More

The resort is just beautiful. The villas, the pools, the beach, the garden and the location everything just great! Housekeeping staff is amazing, very clean everything. The downside of this resort is the staff at the reception. Very rude and very very bad english. You cannot get any info at all about the island and the stuff to do here.... More

Overall it was very good! First a few points that I disliked: Reception Staff/Tour Staff: RUDE and unhelpful. We arrived mid afternoon and wanted some advice for what to do for the rest of the day - nothing, just looked at me funny. Later I asked for advice on dive company, ATV company they would recommend - rude response "... More
