We stayed at the Koh Tao Hillside resort from July 20th up to 23th in bungalow A1. During the transfer to the pier to catch the boat to Koh Phangan we heard from a german couple, who stayed also on this resort, that they missed 400€ that morning, they have there money back thanks to a quick reaction of the... This hotel is located at north side of the island, it is too far away from everything. U have to eat at the restaurant that the hotel provided, otherwise you have to rent a motorcycle to get to the downtown. The hotel only provide 2 shuttle service. If u miss it, that's ok, just pay them to drive you. Awful experience!

This hotel is THE worst hotel I've ever had the misfortune of visiting. The pictures I'm afraid are complete lies, they must have been taken somewhere else because they definitely aren't of this hotel. To start, the hotel is miles away from the centre of Koh Tao. Arrived in a taxi, to a very underwhelming entrace, made to climb up... More

I would not recommend this hotel. The location is far from anything and the shuttles are not well timed. The entire property is on a massive hill and even though they offer golf cart service to bring you up, you have to call from your own cell or an Internet call service from your phone. There was no internet service... More

We stayed here for two nights. There are many stairs and hills to walk on to get out of the resort, depending on where your bungalow is located. We where lucky to be close to the swimming pool and did not have to many stairs. The rooms are fine, the bathroom is very basic. The swimming pool is very clean,... More

My friend and I stayed in the sea view deluxe villa for 3 nights with breakfast included each day. The room was clean and tidy with ample room and had great facilities (it is a bungalow after all). The staff were very welcoming and the breakfast was delicious!! We had dinner at the restaurant overlooking the water, the whole experience... More

Stayed for three nights The staff were very friendly. Arriving at the ferry terminal, hotel staff were there to pick us up and take us to the hotel. The pool was great with a fantastic view of the ocean. Many spots with seating around the waters edge. We booked a garden view bungalow but were upgraded to an ocean view... More

Very basic Bungalow with old Bathroom. VERY hilly. We only stayed one night since we originally booked at the Aminjirah which unfortunately was overbooked. I guess that the higher-priced bungalows are a lot better, at least they looked much better. Breakfast was good, service ok!
