What an incredible bamboo hut!! The view was just amazing. The hut was large and quirky. We had a hut with our own pool and I think it was totally worth it! The ladies at reception were very welcoming and their starlight restaurant is a great asset. There are a few details you should be aware of when booking though.... More

I did not enjoy my experience at the Bamboo Huts but this was mainly because of the rough weather! After spending a week in Koh Samui at a beautiful resort we had a bit of a shock when we arrived here! The photos had looked so beautiful and I was very excited to stay! However after a terribly rough/scary ferry... More

This was our first visit to Thailand, and we absolutely loved Koh Tao. We arrived at the pier by boat and were greeted by the friendly driver who took us directly to the Charm Churee reception. The roads are quite windy and bumpy so it was a pretty interesting ride in the back of the small jeep. At reception we... More

I really don't no where to begin. What a truly stunning place to visit. We stayed in a pool room for 3 nights (room bb1) and 2 nights in the large pool room (bb18a). The pool room was beautiful, loved our little hut, the outdoor shower and our very own pool with amazing views. I thought you just could not... More

We only stayed for two nights there but it was heaven on earth. The bungalows look great and not to say about the view. It was incredible waking up in the morning and just sit on our own terrace and relax in front of that spectacular view. The rooms are very big and cozy and some of the bathrooms even... More

Bamboo Huts is very private and rustic- we really enjoyed our stay here but are not sure we'd stay here again. Value for money - we are on the fence. We did not find anything 'special' other than the view. We were first put in BB12 which was very disappointing when we first walked in as there was a massage... More

There are obviously a lot of reviews about this place - so I'll keep mine brief: The pros: - THE VIEW. Every Bamboo hut has an amazing sunset view - The snorkeling, we found the snorkeling outside the bamboo huts even better that in actual Jansom Bay by the "Elvis Bar" - The space, these huts are big. Every hut... More

Went there on my honeymoon. The place is simply out of the world. We took a villa which is literally on the water. Has a open and spacious bathroom. the villa also has a lower open deck where you can sit and enjoy a drink while seeing the breath taking view. Lots of bugs as one should expect. the villa... More

The island of Koh Tao was much nicer than we expected; very quaint, beautiful scenery, relaxed and charming; the bamboo huts encapsulate this. The ferry was half an hour late and our taxi driver was not around to collect us, but once we phoned to say we had arrived, the driver came to pick us up within ten minutes. We... More
