This resort is beautiful, right on Sairee Beach! Our room was clean, spacious, outdoor shower was a nice bonus. Pool was nice, too. Drawbacks include the PAPER THIN WALLS - literally could hear the people in the next room yawning. Extremely off putting. There is construction going on, but it's bearable. The bar next door plays loud music until the... More

Nice restaurant view, good informations and tips on reception but if you want your room clean, you have to live the key 1:00 pm on reception. The restaurant is so dirty and have dogs inside of the kitchen. You have to eat with many flys in you. The hotel is expesive.

Had dinner here on February 10th. Great ambiance. Right ON the beach in the middle of all the Sairee beach action. Bars and restaurants on both sides. I had the bbq kebab. Being from the U.S i do have quite a bit of personal experience with grilled beef so i rate this a 6 out of 10. Not bad tho.... More

I stayed here back in 2011 and I have never seen such a basic and run down room it was dreadful and I said I would never stay there again… I did stay here again and it was a completely different experience! Check in was efficient and our room was very clean and spacious. We stayed here for 2 nights... More

I never stayed in the hotel itself but ate at the beach side restaurant during the day and at night for the 2 days I spent on Sairee Beach. The staff were always polite and attentive and the service was very fast. The food was excellent, my partner and I had a variety of Thai curries which were full of... More

Maybe slightly more expensive by That standards than other places, such as Bangkok. Still very nice to sit and relax with a cold beer and a delicious penang curry. Just heading back down there just now for a night cap! I would even suggest to go for one just to see the fire show. They have them at a few... More

Unless your 21 single and deaf give this place a miss. During the day it's jack hammers drills concrete and dust at night the music stops at 2am which is fine but then people move the party to their rooms and the walkway until 5am which is too much people smashing on doors because they are locked out by their... I opted for a mid range room which there are many on the island. The customer service at check in was a little lacking but I simply put that down to them being very busy unfortunately I was shown the roughy out my stay that that was just their way. I was shown my room it was pretty clean just... More

Perfect location, great rooms, good food, can't complain about anything! Staff were friendly and polite. The pool is great! And the outdoor showers are unreal. Only problem is there are more mosquitos here than the whole of Africa combined!

Was very much looking forward to staying here after all the positive reviews however we were soon disappointed. The place is a building site, just trying to walk down to the restaurant was a hassle, trying to avoid workmen, bikes and mud. The restaurant staff didn't have a clue what they were talking about, day to day what they could... More
