500b per person. Basic and cheap. 30 seconds from the beach, one minute from a convenience shop and five minutes from Mae Had Pier. We had a 3 bed air conditioned en suite bungalow with a tv, big fridge, washing sink and a big balcony with three recliner chairs. Only gripe? The sink was slightly dirty, that's it. Every furnishing... More

After missing our boat out of Koh Tao we found save bungalows very close to the pier. We were on a very tight budget and save offered us a room which is located underneath an existing bungalow for only 300 baht. The room had a shared bathroom located near to reception and a big bed. The wifi worked very well.This... More

Our first night we were actually looking at other places to stay as it was that bad, however we managed and actually enjoyed our time here and so did our bank accounts. You have to first go to their 'save shop' which is like a convinience store that you can rent bikes from and even swap books and its actually... More

We spend some nights here last februari (2015). The houses are nice and tidy, clean as well. Exactly what you should exspect of a bungalow in Thailand. Prices were very nice as well, we paid 500 Bath per night together in a bungalow incl. sanitary.

We arrived at save bungalows having looked online which said no rooms avaliable. Very glad we did, had a lovely bungalow for two people with good single beds for a comfortable nights sleep, and a standard shower room. All windows had mosquito sheilds so we didn't get bitten at all. 2 min walk from a little beach that is not... More

As a budgeting backpacker this place was pretty decent! Facility is super basic but so is the price in comparison to what you'll see else where on the island! Beach and restaurants within 5 minutes walk! They should probably switch blankets or detergent or something cause the blankets did feel oily but I see them doing laundry everyday so I... More

I don't understand reviews posted by people who have no realisation that they are on a tiny island in the tropics. I have used Save Bungalows for many years and they provide a good service at an acceptable level for a competitive price. You get what you pay for. If you only want to pay 500bht then you will get... We stayed here for 4 nights in January 2015. Bungalows are cute and well located. Cleanliness is revolting. The sheets are not washed from previous guests. I am positive about this. I caught the most horrible, itchy rash on my legs and arms. We also asked the owners for a mosquito net.......answer was 'no have no have'. I would not... More

I stayed at Happy Bungerlow over Christmas and New Year 2014 and 15. The family owned staff were very happy as their name states. The Bungerlow is spacious and clean. The location is very good because it is close to the Peer, the beach and the parts yet still far away enough to have some peace and quiet when you... More
