Havent been to the hotel but only to the restaurant. It has a very nice pool thats for sure. But about the restaurant. The food was good, the take the extra step to make it special. And I had the best Milkshake so far. It was delicious! I do recommend this place!

Location is alright if you like music all night long. Bungalows are dirty, found a HUGE spider in the bathroom. No wonder due to all the massive cracks and mould. We had to use a padlock on the door as the window next to the lock was broken, could just reach your hand in and open up. Still our padlock... More

Stayed here for 3 nights, paid 700 baht per night for a fan room. The rooms are pretty big, and reasonably clean. Cold shower only, but that's normal on Koh Tao. Wifi pretty ok, not fast, but pretty stable to be able to work with it. However... the rooms are very cool in the afternoon, but get very hot at... More

We paid 700 bhat a night for a fan room which is the cheapest you are going to get in the area. However the room felt dingy and dark, the extractor fan was in a hole which led directly outside so we got bitten by lots of Mosquitos at night. Fan also broke. Only cold water in the showers. However... More

I just needed somewhere cheap near the beach for a couple of nights and couldn't be bothered to shop around on the day I arrived. 500 baht per night is about as cheap as you can get a private room and the location was good for me. I stayed in a fan room on the second floor in the "hotel"... More

Basic, but cheap. The room is not the cleanest but there is a good hot shower. Lovely owner, excellent location, and the pool is super fun. Good for savers and for people who don't want to spend their time at the hotel..

We paid 500THB for one night it was fine, very basic. Not super clean but been to much worse. Very hot room fan didn't help at all. Good water pressure and hot water too! Good location. Didn't feel 100% safe here don't think front doors are locked at night anyone could get in easily. Only stopped here one night and... More

Despite reading all the bad reviews, my boyfriend and I checked into the Sunset Buri Resort for a 500 baht fan room for one night. While the room is pretty basic, there is wifi, a refrigerator, access to a swimming pool and a pretty good state of cleanliness. After the first night, we decided to stay for another week and... Liked: location on the beach front. With bars and restaurants very close by. Has a swimming pool, hotel food wasnt great. Disliked: smelt musty which is a common smell in Asian accommodations probably due to dampness. Found two GIANT SPIDERS in our bathroom due to open windows that cant shut and a hole next to the toilet in the wall.... More
