A travel agent in Bangkok booked this for us . Omg ! Okay I could handle the stairs but it was disgraceful ! The rubbish outside your room , the balcony about to collapse and the air con leaked so much we used whatever towels to sop it up but it flooded the bathroom anyway . We brought some snacks... More

I cant say enough good things about this hotel, where should i start? My Partner and I stayed at P.P Phitharom Resort for 2 months while completing my DiveMaster Internship, I wish I had of stayed there the full 6 months we were on Phi Phi. We haggled a little bit on the price (long stay) and the owners were... More

Very warm welcome by Kya, the hotel manager. She helped us with everything you could think of for our two little kids. The room was really large, with a nice wooden floor, bathroom bit dated but everything was functioning well (prefer this to the other way around, well working aircon and the rooms have large interfaces overlooking phi phi island.... After staying two nights in a remote resort around the other side of the island we were feeling a bit bored and wanted our last night to be near the action. As it was 2 Jan the prices were still high, but comparatively to other resorts on Phi Phi this place is cheap and great value. We got a super... More

Stayed here for 3 nights over new year. I'm not sure why this place gets such bad reviews. I stayed in a twin room and the Room was clean and very spacious. Bathroom wasn't amazing but big enough and could have a hot shower. My friends stayed in pp casita just next to this place, paid more for a twin... More

We were in a much worse hotel planning on leaving koh phi phi early when we stumbled upon this place. Let's start with the cons -Wifi doesnt work in the rooms and is slow in the lobby if lots of people are there. -Bathrooms are a little unkepmt looking but are mostly in good condition. -There are lots of stairs... We paid 1000 baht the room we stayed in 503 was falling apart, the ceiling over the toilet felt like it was about to fall on my head. They would not bargin on the price. Maybe some other rooms were nicer but they didn't seam to want to show us around.

Just checked out of this hotel and we were very disappointed with our stay. From the check in desk it looks really good. All the rooms are on stilts built into the steep hillside with good views of Phi Phi bay. We payed 2800 baht for a twin room ( 1802 ) which worked out around £55. The pool is... More

We hadn't booked any accomodation prior to arriving on Ko Phi Phi so the first 2 hours were of us arriving was looking at lots of different rooms in a lot of the hotels. What a gem of a find this hotel was! It is right next to the viewpoint which is definately worth a trip up to see the... More

We booked a few nights here and were very happy we did so. The rooms were a good size and everyday they were cleaned (which is rare to find in Asia). Sure they were a little more money than some places here, but it's worth it. There are stairs you have to climb but that's minuscule compared to problems other... More
