I have travelled around Phuket, Phi Phi and Ko Lanta and tried out several resorts. I must admit this one was the biggest disappointment. Although it is situated in a nice quiet part of the island where you do not get crowded beaches and noisy bars, the downside of it is sunset around 5 pm, poor logistics and stingy service.... More

I came here with my wife and 5 yr old daughter for 2 nights in Jan. I only stayed this long because after some of the reviews I wasn't sure if my wife could cope. After being there 1 night we tried to extend our stay because the place was just amazing! So glad we stayed on this side of... More

We loved this hotel, the room was beautiful, the beach was peaceful and the restaurant were very accommodating to my dietary requirements (they'll make anything vegetarian upon request). There is no electricity from 6am to 6pm, which isn't a problem at all but the lack of hot water can be a little tough, cold showers are never going to be... More

No electricity between 0600 and 1800hrs, no hot shower, unstable wifi. Whats the problem? You get exactly what Relax Beach Resort promise you on their webpage. You get a very relaxed atmosphere, the most friendly staff you can imagine, a very nice restaurant. Add to this a nice beach with a coral reef just 20 meters out, with loads of... More

Ok, the bathroom is not one of a 4 star hotel, ok, there is only electricity at night, and the wifi is terribloe, but everything else is so charming the beach in front of the resort is wonderful. You can snorkel and admire coral ans fishes just in front of your bungalo. The staff is adorable You can get a... More

On an island so filled with resorts and people, this place is a hidden gem. Quiet and beautiful. The staff is very friendly, helping you with everything and even doing fire shows! There is no electricity during the day, only during the night, but that wasn't that much of a problem at all. Just doing forget to charge your camera... More

Beautifully located, the huts are very simple, but nice. The place is run eco friendly. As there is no centralized water supply, bathing water comes from tanks up on the hill side. One temperature. And as there is no centralized power supply, electricity in the huts is available only evenings and nights. No problem at all. Read the folder provided... More

Ko Phi Phi is a wonderful island, but totally crowded. This resort is a notable exeption. Situated half an hour by boat from Tonsay Beach at a beautyful small beach with a nice coral reef in front. The only thing you hear at night is the sound of the waves and of the jungle. The Bungalows are nice and clean,... More

Anyone who's bothered to research this place properly before getting there has generally loved it as did I. The setting is remote buy this is part of the appeal Yes this does mean that prices are a little elevated as all supplies come on via long tail but what do you expect. The electricity not being on really isn't an... More

Only if you look for a private, relax place. Great restaurant, stunning beach with nice trees, no civilisation. Has some problems with electricity but staff is very helpfull and well equiped in torches and lights. Great English diving instructors. If you want to go to bars, shops, entertainment be prepared for a nice 40min walk through the jungle or 30... More
