I was very happy to stay at Sabai House. They had someone at the pier that carried my bag. Which considering the heat and not knowing where I was going I was very grateful. There is a comfortable dining area with about 6 or 7 tables. The lady at reception was very nice and friendly while she got me checked... More

It was adequate for our stay. Very basic, but clean enough. Staff very friendly and we liked the location. They collect from the pier which is great since Phi Phi feels like a maze when you first arrive! The walls are very thin and you can hear everything from the other rooms, this didn't bother us though as we can... More

I rate this guest house Average considering it's in Phi Phi and most accommodation in Phi Phi is overpriced and of low standards. If this was anywhere else, it would get a much lower rating. The room was spacious and relatively clean (sheets had stains and were not changed daily, and there was mold on the walls), the bathroom was... More

First of all I would advise everyone staying at this hotel not to hand in any laundry. We did and had some clothes stolen or missing! Secondly, you get what you pay for. It's cheap and in the centre, but the room was very noisy, the towels dirty, the WiFi slow, no channels working on the TV, the bathroom dirty... More

It's OK! It's clean, it's close enough to join the Tonsai madness but far enough away to have some quiet sleep. The air con works, the lady on reception is nice and they meet you at the pier. Anywhere else in Thailand you'd expect more for what you pay, but this is Phi Phi....... A good, if not cheap option.

We paid 800 baht for a twin room per night which is really cheap for Phi Phi, most other places were 1600 baht a night for a twin room. It is very basic, but very clean, perfect for a budget option. Cons: No pool, but 2 minute walk to the beach.

This area of Koh Phi Phi (Actually most of the island) is noisy and more about the parties and not the beautiful beaches. But Koh phi phi is a good location for nice boat trips around the two islands. On this beach (the one located on the opposite side of the pier), Sabai Sabai is located very good: one minute... More

All accommodation in Phi phi is ridiculously overpriced for what you get and since my last trip to the island four years ago, I was majorly disappointed to find it a lot less beautiful, with lots of litter and construction going on everywhere. Sabai house did not disappoint in relation to cleanliness, friendliness and location..................... Friendly helpful staff and room... More

Our most expensive accommodation though out our travels in Thailand was this hotel and it was our worst, but all hotel prices in phi phi are alot! Rooms are little but clean and the air con is good..the doors locked with your average toilet lock and it was very noisy though.

Pretty solid hotel given the horror stories you hear on phi phi. Our room was clean, the AC was very strong, we had a nice small balcony, and the bathroom was fairly nice. The service won't win awards but they were nice to move our bags upstairs when we were wondering around town before checking in. They didn't have anyone... More
