We booked this hotel through Krabi Creation Travel in Ao-Nang who recommended this hotel to us and we paid 3,750 TBHT for a bungalow. The bungalow room was basic and as described by others the furniture was battered and chipped, we could live with that but not the bathroom which was a shower head fixed to the wall and a... More

The place is quite disgusting, falling apart, bathroom was horrible, the walls of the bedroom full of humidity stains, it was raining a lot one night and we had 2 huge cochroaches in the room. The staff is unfriendly and not professional at all. The only person who actually speaks some English is the manager at reception. In the restaurant... More

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for 3 nights @ £55 a night with breakfast. Great location nice beach a short walk to the night life. Pool is clean and nice and staff are really friendly and helpful. You have your own little hut type room with big comfy bed abit dated but ok the shower was ok. The rooms... More

So there a lot of points which this place could improve on to easily up their ranking on Tripadvisor... 1. Repaint the furniture in the bungalows 2. Provide earplugs for the calls from the mosque at 5am 3. Get better wifi 4. Buy a few more sun loungers for the pool area 5. Neuter some of the cats to stop... More

So it was pretty awful from start to end. Okay, we had a man pick us up from the pier who took our bags, good start, then check in, there was little interaction from the receptionists, no information just a scan of a passport and again we followed the man to our room . I put this lack of enthusiasm... More

Look. Great location. Don't get me wrong. The island is magnificent. I just think I paid a lot of money for a place that you should go to on school camp. The internet worked VERY rarely. The air conditioner didn't work. The TV didn't work consistently. The shower water stunk. The staff were not overly friendly. I amused myself by... More

Now this might seem like an odd review, mainly cos' I didn't actually stay there nor had any intention of staying. Sometime early this year while holidaying in Krabi, I found myself stranded on the island and going around frantically looking for help in getting back to Ao Nang. It was such an ordeal as almost everybody I approached turned... More

We had a pleasant stay. Aware of the 3 stars so we werent expecting much. We were greeted on the pier and our luggage was taken for us by a man in a wheelbarrow like trailer. Offered the kids too lol.. A bit of a walk from the pier but my 3 yr old handled it. It was nice to... More

We have booked 2 rooms for 4 nights on mid October 2014(Green season) for 1550 thb per night, the place is located about 700 meter from the centre of the island so . when we arrived we have found out that instead rooms we got cheap bungalows with a broken air-conditioning, really bad old bathroom and some broken furniture, the...
