Very nice hotel with great views, we had one of the upper rooms, they are very nice, The previous reviews describe the hotel very well, our one complaint is that it's one of the noisiest beaches on the island. Forget sleeping on the beach in the afternoon, or even relaxing. All the long tail boats pass near the beach to... More

From the moment we spotted the resort while aboard the ferry bringing us in we knew we made the right choice! Now getting off the ferry we felt like cattle as we were herded to our respective resorts...paying a fee to get on the island...we took the hotels long tail boat and were checked in with a lovely fruit drink... Me and my friend stayed here whilst traveling around Thailand. We were so excited to stay as the pictures looked amazing. We were so dissapointed, there were huge cockroaches in our bedroom, bathroom, one even on my bed when we returned one evening. The sheets were dirty and left with sand all over them. But the real nightmare was that... More

Living in Thailand, we travel a lot on short vacations. This resort property has seen better days, with two star amenities. 50% f the staff are Burmese as they speak English..which is good, but there is a lack of caring for the customer. The cottages look gorgeous from the outside, but are exceptionally run down inside..sort of deceptive. Caters to... More

Me and my girlfriend stayed here in January for 4 nights. We got picked up from the pier by the resorts long tail boat. The view from the resort is stunning, looking right out to Phi Phi Ley which we did a boat trip too along with maya bay, monkey beach and shark point. It was fabulous! We stayed in... More

The location is perfect! The beach is situated right at a snorkeling reef. The hotel is a notch above the rest and we received the such friendly service the whole week. The food was excellent, though a bit more expensive than the rest. The free Wifi worked well. We can't wait to go back for more.

Satay away!!! We visited Feb.-2015. Big disappointment. Nise from uphill tracks will NOT let you any sleep 06:00-midnight, and many times during the night. You just can't sleep. Like in a constructiion site. Low maintenance and upkeep to a safety hazard condition. Live electrical wires in the shower heater, no lighting in Stairs, ropes waiting for you to falll. Exchange... We were staying for several days in December, payed a lot of money and here is what we've got: the highest bungalow on top of the hill with a partial view that was really partial as the only thing we could see were roof tops of other houses, no Wifi coverage in our room, ants everywhere in the room, even... We arrived as a couple in Phi Phi the Beach with high expectations because it was a little more over what we usualy paid for our hotel accomodations in Thaïland. Phi Phi Island is different, it is trully a paradise on earth but in consequence very crowded and so overpriced. you will be unexpectedly disapointed by Phi Phi the Beach... More

After a terrible start to our 3 nights at this Hotel due to the room being across from a garage and extremely noisy and not at all ready, we got moved/upgraded (free of charge) to a detached bungalow for the second and third night. The view was amazing and the room large and cool. Snorkelling is amazing and the main... More
