Spent two nights looked for a hotel for convenience close to pier, should have read the reviews. Much better hotels everywhere all within walking distance. There is nothing I liked about this hotel except the view of the sea, bad wifi, rooms are worn out, noisy, people slamming doors and shouting in the corridors. Endless flights of stairs and long... This was the original hotel from when phi phi was a quiet island years ago when I first came. The rooms were spacious but as the last left were suites (maya and tonsai) we expected them to be. They were pretty old fashioned but made better by the great views. The hotel in General could do with a lick of... More

Loved the views and having our luggage carted up was a pleasure. It's located quite a way uphill... but well worth it to get away from the heat/noise/crowds down below. We highly recommend taking the (nearby) trail to the two "viewpoints" provided by the Muslim community there. Another real "plus" was going further up the trail to a much lesser... More

Really friendly service from reception and very accommodating for a large group of 10. However, the beds were terrible very very hard. Wifi doesn't work at all in the rooms and is very poor at reception. Sea view rooms are not Seaview at all, they are covered by buildings and other hotels. Overall would look elsewhere when staying in phi... More

I chose this hotel because of how close it was to the pier. Since we had an awful ferry ride -really cramped and sweltering inside the boat and also a very long walk on the pier to the boat in Krabi and no help getting heavy luggage onto boat - (ferry to Ao Nang was completely different - boat had... I stayed at Phi Phi hotel for a week and wished I chose a different hotel from the beginning. To begin the stay, the hotel staff were extremely rude. When we finally got to our rooms, we found all of them to be stunk out with a pungent odor. The hotel staff are extremely discourteous, being extremely loud at early... More

If you are on a budget, don't stay here. The rooms are lovely yet you could easily find something just as good in a hostel for a lot cheaper. The staff generally aren't too helpful, or don't speak English well therefore it can be hard to communicate effectively. What you pay for is the breakfast and pool, yet I assume... More

Travelled to Phi Phi with two mates in January 2015. The location is great. Hotel is a 2 minute walk to all the beach bars and pubs on the island. Only a 20 minute walk to Long beach also. Rooms were nice and the view was spectacular. However, our room wasn't cleaned on two occasions. There was no apparent reason... More

The hotel is located in front of the pier. next to the "main street" of the ton sai village. it is the highest place on the area (which is a shelter in case of tsunami..) .but no elavators for this four floors hotel , and not next to the white beaches of the island. the room are furnished with the...
