I write this email as a well travelled person who has spent the past 4 months in Thailand travelling around this beautiful county with my boyfriend. I feel compelled to write this review. I am happy as long as I have clean bed and dealing with nice staff. Where do I start with this HORRIBLE PLACE. Staff- VERY RUDE. Do... More

Really enjoyed our stay here. Because you are in the jungle, there is an array of wildlife- mostly of the creepy crawly variety so if this bothers you, you might be better staying more centrally. But if you are after a bit of peace and quiet then this is the place. There is nothing around in terms of night life... More

First of all I just read a review of this Hotel stating you can only reach it by boat. This is incorrect, you can walk here from Ton Sai Bay. Me and my girlfriend awalked to Phi Phi Veiwpoint from Natural Resort. Annoying seeing incorrect information from people who are simply to lazy to walk anywhere. Mind you the walk... More

Positive things about this hotel: -they have their own private beach -it's cheaper than the other hotels in the north part of ️Koh Phi Phi Negative things about this hotel: -staff is very rude and we also felt like they were annoyed when we asked them questions -the beds are hard as rocks - you might as well be sleeping... Booked a triple room, received a double with a trundle bed. With three adults staying for 4 nights this was unacceptable. Moved to a room with a king bed and bunk bed, still not ideal but after a long day of travel we settled. No light directly above the shower or toilet, so showering was quite dark, even during daylight... More

I stayed three nights in an average room (definitely not the priciest). I was happy my room was a bit away from the lobby and restaurant 'cause they tend to play music that you can hear from quite far away it's windy (but not too late). The buffet for breakfast was very good. Nice employees. The room was really nice... More

There are many things to say about the hotel and, in general, about the beach area: First, some cons: - The resort is far from Tonsai pier (where Krabi ferry arrives) and in an isolated area. You can ONLY reach it by boat. There are scheduled boat shuttles from Tonsai pier to Lemtong pier (near the hotel) but the first... More

Resort is on a nice peaceful place, beautiful sandy beaches, perfect for relaxation BUT; Chinese groups are making it almost impossible to relax. They are shouting between themselves all day instead of normally talking, they will fart, burp and spit right beside you like no one is there without even flinching, their children are screaming from I would say 5:30... (Everyone who travels knows everyone's experiences are different... This is ours) We really enjoyed our stay here but have some words for it.. I'll get the cons out of the way first. Cons: - Wifi... Currently, it was limited to just the lobby... And it's pretty slow when there is a lot of users in the lobby - The Lobby...... More

Great beach. Far away from the main beach, 15 min. By boat. Food is ok. Locations of the rooms are far from the lobby and beach, so you will have to call for transportation service each time you'd like to go down or back to the room. And you'll have to wait. But...... Great beach.
