Arrive in Zeavola and relax. We stayed there two times and enjoyed both of our stays very much. The staff is very attending, helpful and friendly. The rooms are built in a wonderful open plan with outdoor shower and sitting area. There are a few restaurants next to the resort, right on the beach were we enjoyed many good seafood... More

Zeavola offers something a little different from the other more commercial places that we stayed in Thailand, and it was my favourite. The attention to detail and the food was great. The setting is absolutely beautiful and the staff were great. The staff knew what our favourite drinks were and were there to help where ever they could. We had... More

Payed $600 for one night in the pool villa suite. High price but Thailand/Phi Phi island is quite expensive compared with the rest of Asia countries. Had transfers arranged prior and all seemed efficient until we arrived at Phuket airport and there was nobody to greet us as arranged..... Not good start for a "5 star hotel with price to... More

My wife and I spent 3 days here in early May. We loved the hotel, while understanding ahead of time what we were getting into. We knew that it was going to be an "outdoor hotel" and didn't expect a 5 star hotel. Prices are certainly expensive, but you get good value for how remote the resort is. The staff... More

As background, I have traveled to Thailand three times and have always stayed in 4-5 star resorts and I have also traveled the world quite alot in 30 years so I know what to expect. The Pros: Zeavola is in a beautiful natural setting that sets it apart. The villas/bungalows are nicely furnished although having the bathroom outside can prove... More

I was bitterly disappointed with Zeavola. We had travelled from Poppies ( Samui ) and spent 3 nights at Zeavola and couldn't wait to leave, unfortunately. We were possibly spoilt with Poppies so our expectations of Zeavola were high. The welcoming was good, the room was lovely, but thats as far as it goes. Food was my BIGGEST issue, it... More

So, yes, it can be shock when you first arrive...Zeavola probably isn't quite like the hotel you may have just left on Phuket. But here are my words of advice: breathe, take a moment, breathe, get to your room, breathe, get your bearings and breathe again. Give Zeavola a chance and you may, like us, just begin to fall in... I'm no saying that I went to PP looking for a 5-star-Hilton but when you go to cozy places like this where the logistics makes things more difficult to get there and you choose to be in the best place on the paradise paying the dollars you may expect some details like attention on your needs, explanation on how to... From arriving by boat ( at 7am and having our room straight away) to the little treats , like flip flops, beach bag and oli burner lit , this place is a little bit of bliss. We were staying on a bed and breakfast deal, and the breakfast offered a huge amount of choice and great service. The staff wont... More
