We were in Koh Phi Phi a few years ago, desperately searching for a place to stay at New Years - high season. We looked at tons of place on Koh Phi Phi, and finally, we walked down the seafront, facing the port, on and on we walked, well past where the main boardwalk ended. Where were we going? Well,... The staff is incredibly rude. The staff will argue with you about everything. The first night, we had a lot of ants almost immediately after a small room service dinner was delivered. They blamed it on us for having food in the room. After explaining that you don't just "clean up" ants and they all go away, they finally moved... More

I have never experienced such rude and unhelpful staff in all my years . The receptionists made us feel so unwelcome from start to finish. There was never as much as a 'please' or 'thank you'. They demanded extra money from start to finish and the food was awful. We left this resort after two nights and booked into another... More

This hotel is beautiful and the staff are helpful. The view is absolutely breath taking! A few tips for your stay though! Rooms: Ask for the new wing. We had a new room and it had great air conditioning and a very clean room! Location: It is a huge walk into town, through the local parts of the island- It's... More

The other end of the beach all the way to the dock becomes a huge party after dark. However, this hotel is far enough away that one can sleep without hearing the noise. The fresh fish is wonderful, but like most touristy places on the Thai islands, they lack the standards the a Thai national would demand. The pool is... More

Phi Phi is a small island that has become completely overrun by tourists (mostly backpackers). Nothing against backpackers, I've been one at certain points in my life. Phi Phi has split personalities. It is one of the most beautiful places in the world, but at night it becomes one giant party. We spent two nights at Phi Phi Bayview Resort.... More

Enjoyed my stay here, rooms are spacious and well equipped with hair dryer and coffee and tea facilities. Never ate at the restaurant only for breakfast. It was a good choice but don't go before 8. Very busy with people going on trips. Hotel only about a 10 minute walk to the main shopping and entertainment area. Only thing that... More

Stayed here with some friends for a couple of nights and up until checking out we had a great time - mind blowing views, comfy and clean rooms, great sun lounging on the beach, nice pool and all for a pretty reasonable price. This was somewhat marred by our experience when we checked out. We lost a room key when... More

My boyfriend and i went here in January 2014. This hotel was one of our favorite places to stay in thailand. When you get to koh phi phi you will arrive by ferry. the hotel can be seen from the bay in which you arrive. We were met by a couple of members of staff from the hotel who loaded... More

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hillside setting means the views are fantastic, but if I went again I would definitely request a sea view as I think some of the huts at the back don't have one. We found it a great base - close enough to town to wander in, but also close to quieter walks and... More
