Thought I was the only one but looks like it has happened to a lot of people on here! They tried to keep my 1000 baht as 2 towels were dirty. I offered to pay them 250 baht as quoted on the deposit card on my room( 100 baht for a facial towel and 150 baht for a hand towel)... More

This hotel was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in and we have traveled a lot around the world and usually I would NEVER complain. When we arrived our room hadn't been cleaned yet so we had to wait for an hour which we didn't mind as things are always slower in Asia. After waiting we were completely drenched... More

Ridiculous prices, receptionist staff were rude and ignorant, the bed was covered in dirt and the electricity didnt even work in the room and when it did it sparked. Room was always moist especially the bed, people can see you shower/use the toilet. DONT WASTE TIME AND MONEY WALK ROUND THE CORNER FOR CHEAPER AND BETTER ROOMS

I stayed here in July, at first I thought that it was great place the room was clean, near the beach and had a great balcony and internet (which was essential due to work.) Since we liked the place we decided to book four additional days which was obviously the wrong move the next day the internet went out (we... More

Firstly they make up their prices as they go along....with our fellow guests getting charged considerably less for their room than we had paid as they had haggled on arrival. Very overpriced for what you get. Secondly, the breakfast is no way edible. Thirdly, staff are unhelpful. Fourthly, when we checked out, they insisted on taking our full deposit (1000baht)... More

Don't stay here!!!! We had a terrible experience and witnessed the same happening to others in the check out process. They will try and take all of your deposit for ridiculous things. They were charging us our 1000baht deposit for having dirty towels, but before this, they had made us sign that we had received our whole deposit. An absolute... More

The staff are vampires that try to steal as much money as possible from you. At check out they will try to charge you for anything wrong with the room including stains on towels sheets etc however minor. Front desk staff is unpleasant and there are many other rooms for cheaper and with better service.

If you're going to get drunk at the beach parties and want somewhere cheap to crash one night then the bungalows are good for that as they're right next to it and if you've had enough g and t's you won't hear the booming music shaking the hut until 5am. On a positive note the air con was good and... More
