A very good room in my opinion. Wifi is very strong and fast! Room is small but cozy. Toilet is good too in my opinion. The lady at the reception was very nice and friendly and gave us directions as well. Room is made every alternate day, air con is strong.

Orange tree was a last minutes booking for my friend and myself when we stayed on Phi Phi, it was perfect as well. We had a small room which was clean, made up daily, and very comfortable. It was located right in the middle of town, only a 5 minute walk to the beach, and really close to lots of... More

This place is in the center of the nightlife, so if you're planning to party it works well. But, if you need to sleep earlier then it isn't too hard either. I had the room right next to the street and I used the AC/AirCon to drone out half of the party noise, then coupled that with some light calm... More

It was a little difficult to find. When you get off the boat all the hotels or hostels send someone to meet you and help you carry your stuff with a cart. This one did not. We had to find our own way to the hotel carrying all of our stuff in the heat. Luckily after a bit a man... More

This is now the forth hotel I have stayed on in Phi Phi. To be blunt the standard of hotel on Phi Phi leaves a lot to be desired but Orange Tree was definitely above the average. The room was CLEAN, which is number one priority, the bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly, even overlooking a minor... More

I am really not a high maintenance person but this hotel/guesthouse is horrible. There were two things that I noticed when I walked in the room 1. It smelled like pee and 2. The room was filled with mosquitoes. Lucky enough I was able to find another hotel (a real hotel) with a swimming pool and free breakfast for around... More

The rooms are basic however you shouldn't expect more for the price. The rooms were extremely clean and the location was perfect for everything on the island. Need to take the DVD sign available down though as they no longer have one!

Went there to check it out, and the room looked very fine, but I could not lif the blanket to check the mattress for bed bugs, and got kicked out. Still confused by it, and the owner(?) did not explain anything.

It was a clean cute room, good shower pressure and amazing location. But there was no ventilation in the room so everything stayed damp. The staff was nice, and there is laundry services right beside. At night you could hear the music from the bar scenes - but that's not something that bothered us.

First off - location. This place is centered in the heart of town, but tucked away in an alley so it was hard to find. The place looks like there is only 3-5 rooms total available to rent. The room we had was small with the bare essentials. Bed, tv, safe, bathroom, and small closet. Note - they did not... More
