I wish i had read some reviews before booking it. I was looking for a nicer place to stay, relax and have fun, but the price was much higher for the place. Is not a spa, not very nice staff, small room and cocorouches in the reception... Koh phi phi has many other options for the price.

Was met from pier by really nice guy who carried our luggage up to hotel for us, then greeted at reception with a nice cold bottle of water which was greatly appreciated after the walk up in the heat. Room was ok, pretty basic and couldn't find any channels in English on the TV but this wasn't too much of... More

We thought we'd spend a bit and upgrade. Our A/C didn't work in our first room so so we moved to another room. The water in the second room kept shutting off, they left us with half a roll of toilet paper, there were cockroaches, the wifi didn't work, the location wasn't very great. We move resorts after two nights.

We stayed in one of the bungalows here for 2 nights - no one meet us off the ferry and had to walk for about 20 minutes with our luggage which was not great! However this hotel is in a much quieter area of Phi Phi which was great for us. The rooms are clean though are quite basic, we... More

Very average for Phi Phi Don. No amenities, the breakfast is terrible, and the price is just OK. It's one of the further away hotels, but it's still in town and everything is still within walking distance (except maybe the pier if you have any sort of mobility problems, it's at the exact opposite end of town). If you want... More

I have to go back to 1969 to find a comparable hotel experience. Staff mostly indifferent, sometimes sulky and almost disagreable. They seem very caught up in the games on their cell phones.Breakfas"t? They could not be bothered to make toast. They throw one egg and two slices of white bread at you. Wi-fu usually non-existent. NEVER made up the... More

This was my only unpleasant stay while I was traveling in Thailand. My "deluxe room" was a small dirty room in a misquito heaven. The power outlets would not work: The fall out of the wall and you need to hold the power adapter in your hand if you want to charge your phone. During my 3 day stay, the... More

Very expensive for what we got! Basic room views of burnt rubbish, bit of a trek to either side of island. There is not a spa. Expensive because very sought after island, not sure why because it is very quickly turning to party central! Not so much a chill out island. There are two sides to this island the more... More

This was a TERRIBLE experience. We booked 3 villas but were told on arrival that only one was available, the rest of us would have to sleep in two of the regular rooms. The rooms stunk, were crawling with bugs and there was a garbage dump right in front of the rooms, which they set on fire in the evenings.... More

The rooms here are nice with comfy beds and an ok bathroom. We actually found the 15 minute walk to the beach very manageable. However, the staff are unhelpful and rude. The friend I'm travelling with gave them some laundry and when it came back it was missing her (only) towel. When she asked for it back the man at... More
