Before addressing the staffs disgraceful attitude and sheer rudeness, I will start of with the positives: The location is wonderful, the best possible location in Phi Phi, golden soft sandy beach and just a jiffy from the town, Long Beach is a MUST. If one was to walk to the town through woodlands you must be careful, it's slippy steep and... More

After staying in a cheap, basic mosquito net and fan bungalow in Railay, we decided to splurge on a room at Paradise Pearl. Our room was clean and had much appreciated AC ( a luxury!). We loved our little patio area in from of the bungalow (however, weware of mosquitos). We spent a relaxing two nights here. Long beach was... More

The location of this resort couldn't be more perfect. It's so far away from civilization & the party atmosphere of the more populated beaches of the area. Very quiet. The rooms are great. The view is spectacular. Accommodations fabulous. HOWEVER, because it is so remote (30 minute walk through rough jungle or boat ride to any place to eat), visitors... More

This hotel is nicer than advertised. It is a great location, right on the beach. However, it is not right in town, so you'll have a 25 minute walk each day if you're wanting to go there. Those who said it was an hour walk are either very very old or extremely out of shape; it's 25 min max and... More

I must note first that this hotel is on long beach and a short boat ride away from phi phi town centre. There is a nice walk to town through the jungle but only for able people as there are tree trunks to climb near the beginning and steep slopes. For couples wanting to get away for a while this... We expected the worst having read other reviews on the staff at pearl paradise. From start to end we had no bad experiences with the staff. If anything they're bored!! We stayed in bungalow A2, it's very private and right on the beach but you need to walk about 20 metres around the fence to access the beach. If I... More

Myself and my wife went to this resort with average expectations. The beach is breath taking and truly amazing. The beach and water was the only saving grace to the resort. The resort is a short walk to town or a quick boat ride. The downside: The food is average and the staff are incredibly rude and burdened by the... More

If anyone is looking for Paradise then this is the place to stay, from the time we arrived we were met by friendly staff and a warm welcome. My wife and iIstayed for 2 days and wish we had more time as we would have stayed longer, food was great and didn't have to wait long for service. Would we... More

We arrived on Koh Phi Phi without knowing where to stay. We were recommended a backpacker place on Long Beach and so we took a tuk tuk to the beach, which wasn't far. When we were dropped off we asked in several of the resorts that lined the beach for availability but they were over our backpacker's budget. Unfortunately once... More

After having stayed on the party strip the first night, the Paradise Pearl Resort was a saving grace. The rooms were clean, spacious and air conditioned. The bathrooms had hot water and the who set up was really pleasant. It was a very close to the beach and restaurant and really peaceful compared to the other side of the island.... More
