After spending 8 nights in Khao Lak and being spoilt, I was wondering about our choice of going to Phi Phi and into a smaller hotel / resort. I also read some previous reviews of this property and again was a bit hesitant about it. I have been to Phi Phi a couple of times before on snorkelling trips but... More

This was our second time staying on Long Beach and our first time at Paradise Pearl (the first time was at Paradise Resort). I much preferred staying at Paradise Pearl. The location I think is the best on Long Beach (right up the top of the beach) - the water here is amazing! They have plenty of beach chairs, shady... More

Stayed here back in 2012 in one of the beach front bungalows. Absolutely loved waking up to a beautiful view on the beach. But the accommodation is so close to the beach, I don't think it matters whether you get a beach front one or not. The accommodation was basic, but we didn't spend much time in our room. It... More

The hotel is located about 2 km from the center and you need to use a watertaxi (or walk the 2km) to get to the center. The hotel sould sponser (at least) the first arrival and the last departure from the hotel. The bungaloes are very nice and the beach is very clean. The WiFi is problematic. The shower malfunctioned.

The worst place that I've been in Thailand. It's expensive but I don't know why. If u want to pay 2500/3000THB and pay also 20THB to go to the toilet (20 more for the paper), I really suggest you!!! Btw It's the first time that I leave a negative comment on this website.

This is actually paradise pearl BUNGALOWS not RESORT. This caused confusion when we were booking. This hotel cancelled our reservation whilst we were travelling to phi phi and we're quite abrupt and rude when we arrived and questioned this. The only room they could offer us was more expensive and was not worth more money - maybe a tactic being... More

I asked for coils and a mosquito net in the store when I had been bitten on the eye lid, neck and chest. I already had tonnes of repellent. The beach is nice, wait staff friendly and room got well cleaned; however, given how rude the woman behind the counter was when I asked for coils, and I'm now going... More

Set on Long Beach, it's away from the throng of tourists on one of the loveliest beaches I've ever seen, we stayed in unit A1, front row, facing the beach. AC, in room safe, comfy bed, crisp clean linen and very spacious. Don't expect the typical Thai smiley hospitality, the staff are disinterested and not happy working there it seems.... More

My husband and i stayed there for 3 nights. I wanted to point out two points about this place. First, like previously written, the conduct of the staff. Second and a lot more important in my eyes was the location. So as it comes to the behavior of the staff the first problem was the reliability. We arrived to phiphi... More

Paradise Pearl Resort has the potential to be a nice resort, but there are just too many things wrong with it. First the check in staff at the hotel was some of the rudest I have experienced in Thailand. Actually they were the rudest. The restaurants serves marginal food at best and the complimentary breakfast is crap. WIFI only works... More
