There is just one good isuue - The location, The heart of Phi Phi. The stuff in the reception is not welcoming at all. The rooms are small, smell bad, and very old. The Wi-FI didn't work because the rain, though all other the places in the island had the WI-FI, so we sat in restaurants to have it. The... More

Stayed for 1 night and was well pleased with the cleanliness and style of our room. The resort is very convienently located in Phi Phi town with walking access to beaches, restuarants, markets and the pier. The breakfast that was provided was good. I would stay at this resort again but feel it would be best suited only for a... More

Upon arriving we were ushered to our pool side room, to my partners dissapointment, it was barely pool side, more like the corner suite with little access to the pool. They did offer us a pool side room with 2 single beds instead of a queen size bed....... nevertheless our adventures with Phi Phi was all that mattered. The room... More

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is incredible - in the middle of Phi Phi Tourist Village, yet very quiet at night. Our pool room was amazing, I would definitely recommend staying in one of these if possible. This direct access to the pool made our stay at this hotel. We found the staff to be... More

We stayed here largely based on the TripAdvisor rating and we weren't disappointed. Central, well-appointed, clean and modern, we enjoyed this hotel very much. It is four-star, so lacking in some of the luxuries that you'd expect at a 5 star, but we still felt that it was very good value. Very importantly for us, it was a bit of... More

This was the most expensive hotel we stayed at in Thailand and one of the worst. The rooms are very small and not so clean. There is a lot of noise at night from the bars playing music and some sort of generator that makes a loud sound - and we were on the 3rd floor! Breakfast is not great... More

Was expecting a bit more from this hotel because of reviews - it was a great stay but would have liked free wifi, a bit more leeway on beach towels (have to be signed out and back in) and better bathroom amenities would have made this hotel a bit better. AC was a bit noisy during the night but it... More

The hotel was quite nicely laid out around a central pool. The room was spacious and had a small balcony overlooking the pool area. The rooms were looking a bit tired and would certainly benefit from a lick of paint and a bit of TLC. The staff were very friendly, nice and helpful and the breakfast was decent too.

Nice rooms done to a good standard but very overpriced compared to the rest of Thailand, I think this is true for a lot of places on Phi Phi though. Staff OK but not overly friendly. Pool clean and large, with a pool bar that wasn't in use when I was there. The location is good in the middle of... More
