The hotel was quite old but well located in kho phi phi/ tonsai. The black point is the lady who s name is FON at the welcome desk who was worst than a prison wall or a gardian, not even a smile when we arrived the first day, only rules and things we are not allowed to do...! At the... More

The location is good- not far from the pier, not far from beaches and restaurants and shops. The service was outstanding (I wish to specially mention the reception desk). The rooms are very nice, overlooking the beautiful pool. Breakfast is superb.

We spent 19 days touring Bangkok and Phuket staying at a total of six hotels, the palm tree resort was the most expensive and with less comfort and facilities than the other hotels we stayed at. The hotel is in the centre of PP, with bars and restaurants. The hotel is very small, the room had three beds and gave... More

I am surprised with any negative reviews on here, as we had a fantastic stay with Andaman Adventures. The staff are nice and warm, the swim up pool bar was actually decently priced compared to many others we had been to. The complimentary breakfast was delicious! It is in the middle of everything, but still nice and quiet inside the... More

Central stay in Phi Phi. Clean, neat room and bathroom- fresh towels every day. We heard the music at night but didn't bother us that much. I find the hotel a little bit hectic on the rules such as 8pm pool curfew and the lady with the breakfast tickets wouldn't let my stepmom wait with us while my dad went... More

We stayed here for 2 nights at end of march, hotel was nice and clean although rooms felt fairly small but had a very good shower! Location was great, short walk from pier and right in the middle of everything but still felt peaceful when laid by the pool. Breakfast was ok can't really fault the staff either I just... More

This hotel is located right in the centre of town which is great but you also can relax in the centre of it by the pool and feel like you are away from the craziness of Phi Phi. It's a short walk to either beach which is where most of the night life is going on there are many shops... More

This is pretty fine hotel. Nice pools, great room setup and great location. The shower was a bit problematic and broken and the Internet didn't work sometimes. When my friend wanted to check out the receptionist blamed him for stealing a pillow and therefor detained him for a few minutes and we've almost missed the ferry. Dear receptionist- we have nothing... More

I booked two nights here at the last minute. I wanted something centrally located since I planned on taking short trips during the day. Here are my pros and cons of the hotel. Pros: Clean room. Good location in Tonsai if you don't care about being on the water. Quiet at night. Cons: Expected a little more for the price,... More

P. P. Palm Tree Resort was the perfect place to stay in Phi Phi. After reading some of the reviews about hotels on Phi Phi near Tonsai Bay, we were even considering to skip an overnight stay on the island. I'm so glad we found P. P. Palm Tree. Even with our suitcases, the hotel was a quick and easy... More
