Where the name the name "Dream Hill" comes from : not so long ago this hill was wellknown for the local Bungalow owners like Dream Hill Bungalows or Bayview Bungalows selling all kinds of narcotics especially heroin ! We arrived at Koh Phangnan and met a person at the pier, who was advertising for Dream Hill Resort. It all looked very nice and they price was ok.
